The code you are getting with your Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 has to do with the connection. The voltage you read looks to be optimal, so it is definitely not that. The "n.c." code you are getting will refer to a few things that have gone wrong.
First, the trailer is not connected to the tow vehicle.
Causes:
(A) The trailer connector is becoming disconnected while towing
(B) The trailer brake port (5 o'clock position on the 7 Way) becoming corroded and not allowing for a solid connection.

Personally I feel the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED63RR is the best option for your 2021 Jeep Gladiator. This uses a small dash mounted control knob rather than the large box you get with the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. I do like how easy the P3 is to read and can come in very handy when troubleshooting issues but with the small cab of the Gladiator the Redarc I feel is the best choice. The Redarc also allows you to switch from a proportional braking for on-road use to a... view full answer...

The brake controller that I recommend for your 2022 Jeep Gladiator with tow package is the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 which will use the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers # 3073-P to plug into your Gladiator. The # 3073-P will plug into the # 90195 and then the other end will plug into the port under your dash, providing for a plug-n-play installation. This will give you proportional braking for your trailer with one of the most reliable... view full answer...

I took a look at some pictures of a 2021 Jeep Gladiator with a trailer hitch installed from the factory. In all of those pictures, all you saw was the hitch receiver under the bumper. Given that information, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # CU74FR is going to be a great choice. This hitch is made in the USA, requires no drilling into the frame and will provide you with a 2" receiver which is the most common size used for hitch mounted accessories such as bike racks, cargo carriers and... view full answer...
Hey Reggie!
Would you be able to shoot me a photo of the sticker on your Blue Ox tow bar? I tried looking up that part number but wasn't able to find anything.
Your 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon has a curb (unloaded) weight of 5,050 lbs so unless you have one of the lower-end Blue Ox bars you should be just fine. If you can send me a photo of the sticker though I'll be able to look into this a little further for you.
If you don't already have a base plate kit then the Blue Ox Base Plate... view full answer...
Hey Paul!
I have a great roof rack and cargo basket combination for you, but according to my research it won't be safe for you to lift the hard top on your 2023 Jeep Gladiator via the roof rack, and a lot of people in Jeep forums agree with me as well. Roof racks are designed to have weight press down on them and they are made accordingly. The parts of the roof rack that connect to the vehicle aren't designed to lift up, but rather support everything above them.
With all that being said,... view full answer...
Hey Al, so we do this fun thing where we change the manufacturer part numbers and it can create confusion. But bottom line is our part number # T76FR is the same as Timbrens JRGD which does fit your 2020 Jeep Gladiator so this is correct fit.
Since your Gladiator is lifted you would need spacers to take up the extra space created but I would need to know how big of a lift you have. view full answer...
To install the Redarc Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR that you referenced only needs the install harness part # 3073-P and you'd be set! I attached an install video for this controller and harness on a similar 2020 Jeep Gladiator for you to check out as well. view full answer...
