I have a solution for you, but the Curt Wiring Kit, part # C56033 is not compatible for the 2011 Infiniti G37.
You'll instead want to get the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Wiring Harness, part # 119250KIT to correctly fit the Convertible's wiring setup and power supply. The ZCI unit allows for wiring install without having to cut or splice wiring, making it extremely easy to get up and running. Threre isn't an adapter but you can use your current Blue Ox tow bar with your 2011 Infiniti G37 by adding Blue Ox base plates to the Infiniti. So long as the '11 G37 is rear wheel drive with 6 speed manual transmission you can use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1842.

The CurtTrailer Hitch, part # C11499 will work great on your 2013 Infiniti G37. When installed it has a distance of 2-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the rear edge of the bumper.
