I went out to the warehouse and took the measurements on the Draw-Tite Class II, part # 36296. The mounting holes are 37-1/4 inches center on center for both set of holes. From the top of the brackets where it mounts to the frame to the top of the receiver tube is 3-3/8 inches. I'm not sure which direction of the hitch you're calling the rearmost, so I took two measurements.
