Yes, the floor of the Better Bath RV Shower Pan part # LC210373 is textured which gives better grip and reduces the chance of falls. If there is not enough texture for your liking you can always add a secondary shower mat but there have been no reports of it being slick I could find.
I also checked some of the reviews for damage and there were no repots of cracks even one year after. view full answer...
Thanks for your purchase of the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180, and I can tell you for certain that a brake controller itself will not have any affect on your gas mileage. What does have a real affect on gas mileage is towing a trailer, due to the added force required by your Canyon's engine to move the added weight.
So neither the power output or the sensitivity you choose are going to have any drastic affect on your MPG. Power and sensitivity are unique for everyone... view full answer...

The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31074 which is a fit for a 2022 GMC Canyon won't change the ride height at all but it will change your ground clearance by a bit because you now have a receiver under the bumper that hangs down a bit lower than the skid plate. That said, I don't think is enough to really cause any issues.
The weight of the front mount hitch is about 35 lbs. view full answer...
Often the transmission cooler in a tow-package-equipped vehicle is located inside the radiator. There could instead be a separate external supplemental cooler installed, or both. You can either contact your dealership with your VIN number to confirm how your vehicle was equipped, or you can check to see if there are two lines running from the transmission to the radiator. If so, then your tranny cooler is located within the radiator core. If this is the case you can still add a supplemental... view full answer...
There is a quick and easy way to find out which line is the return line. You want to do this when the engine is cold. Raise the hood on your vehicle. Start the engine and put it in drive while you have your foot on the brake. Let it run for about 10 or 15 seconds and then turn the engine off.
You want to then quickly feel the two lines. The cooler of the two lines is your return line and that is the one to use for a supplemental cooler like part # D13503. If you go with the # D13503 cooler... view full answer...
I called my contact at CargoGlide and asked about the 1000XL Sliding Tray # CG1000XL-7041 for your 2017 GMC Canyon.
The tray weighs 260-lbs. My contact said the distance between the wheel wells in the bed of your truck has to be at least 43-1/4 inches for this tray. The tray is 70-inches long so it will work great in your 74-inch long bed. This tray has a 1,000-lb weight capacity view full answer...
There are a couple reasons you cannot drill a hole in the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount, part # D210.
First, you would void any warranty for the mount and probably the accessory you want to use with the ball mounted in the # D210. Secondly, the top receiver opening is not designed for a hitch ball. It is made to be used with an accessory like a cargo carrier or a bike carrier. The bottom hitch ball mount is the only part of the item that is designed to be used with a trailer.
I have attached... view full answer...
Yes, the 13,500 Btu Advent Air RV Air Conditioner with Air Distribution Box and Start Capacitor # ACM135C (White) or # ACM135BC (Black) will cool your enclosed trailer. These are ductless systems as I assume your trailer does not have ducts. That said, it will essentially need to always be on so you do need to monitor your generators and be sure they are full.
For generators I recommend the etrailer 4,500-Watt Portable RV Generator - 3,600 Running Watts - Propane or Gas - Electric Start... view full answer...
The Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System part # LC672136 is composed of four C-Jacks which each weigh around 75 lbs and a tongue jack which weighs around 25 lbs. That said, you'd be replacing the tongue jack you have now so all said and done you'd only be adding around 300 lbs which isn't much considering the benefit of the system. view full answer...

I have spoken with Aries before about weight ratings for headache racks and have been told that racks such as the Aries Switchback Headache Rack # AA1110109 that fit your 2017 GMC Canyon do not have specific weight ratings because they were not designed with the intention of supporting cargo like ladders.
For carrying ladders the best option is a ladder rack, the Thule Xsporter Pro # TH500XTB which will fit either the 5 foot or 6 foot bed on your '17 GMC Canyon. The Xsporter Pro has a... view full answer...
Ten inch electric brakes cannot go on a 2,200 lb axle because there are no 10" hub and drums for that size axle. I apologize as I know that is not what you wanted to hear but you would need to stick with 7" electric brakes, the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-47-48. view full answer...
While there is not a specified amount of temperature that the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler # D13503 will lower the transmission temperature of your 2016 GMC Canyon, most of the reviews that I have seen claim temperatures that average about 20 degrees cooler. Of course this will vary from vehicle to vehicle and driving conditions.
A Derale Snap-In Radiator Adapter Fitting # D13035 will be needed to install the cooler on to your Canyon. This will fit into place of the... view full answer...
