For any and all towing setups you'll be limited by the least rated part of the towing gear. Your 2010 Toyota Camry being equipped with a Class II hitch with a 3,500 lb tow rating, like the Curt # C12343, is great, but when I looked up the online owner's manual for your vehicle it listed your vehicle as only being able to tow up to 1,000 lbs. So in your case the vehicle is the limiting factor at 1,000 lbs and you'll want to avoid towing a trailer weighing over that.

Sorry but there isn't, the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11576 is the only option currently available to add a hitch to the 2024 Camry. The way it installs requires a spacer that is larger then the access hole to mount the bolt into. I do have a solution, but the only custom fit hitches made for your 2019 Toyota Camry are Class I with a 1-1/4" receiver like the # C11576. This is fairly common for a car that isn't designed for towing. If you want to continue to use your bike rack that fits a 2" receiver the only option would be to have a hitch fabricated. Hello Richard. We do have an adapter, the Brophy Hitch Adapter # HT5R which may work very well for you. This will go in to the 1-1/4" receiver on your Camry and give you a 2" receiver with 5" of rise.
It is very important to note that when using this kind of adapter, the weight capacity of your hitch will be reduced by 50%. For your 2023 Camry I recommend the Draw-Tite # 36643. This is a Class II hitch so you will have more options for accessories compared the the Class I Curt # C11576. This will allow you to use a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Destination # HLY94FR. However, we do not carry a hitch mounted kayak/SUP carrier and I'm fairly certain you will have a hard time finding one for a 1-1/4" hitch.

Since none of the current Thule feet are compatible with those crossbars you will need to use the Inno Feet for Square Crossbars # INSUT.
