The Bestop TigerTop # B5140401 you were looking at for your 1954 Jeep CJ-3B includes the new bow system and everything needed to get this top installed so there is nothing to purchase separately.
This kit is designed to use snaps, not rivets, so there are no plans for installing rivets as they are not recommended.
There is also no need to measure the windshield height as that is used to identify your Jeep to make sure you get the correct kit.... view full answer...
