They told me that they have not seen the Mazda 6 without the access holes used when installing the # C11356 hitch. They did say that some of the manufacturers have inserted plugs into the holes or placed tape over the hole and painted it when they painted the frame rails.
You might want to check to see if there is an open end on the frame rail you can access. This would mean you need to extend the fishwire to reach that distance....
