Weight distribution can help reduce sway when towing but it does not always stop all of it. The best solution would be to move any weight in your trailer forward to increase the tongue weight and also make sure the trailer is sitting as level as possible.
Or you could go with the Curt True Course sway control part # C94VV which has a sensor that can detect when your trailer is swaying and applies enough brake to stop it. view full answer...

This is a good question but the Redarc Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR does install with the part # 3027-P but you have to cut off the black connector and then wire the colors to the brake controller wiring color for color. We don't have a Redarc connector that matches so this is best option and still makes install much easier. view full answer...
Furrion states that there really is no minimum for things that are mounted on the same wall. You wouldn't want the fireplace blowing directly on anything combustible. The fireplace has a proximity sensor that will shut it down if an object is placed within 6 inches in front of the fireplace, it'll shut down until the object is removed and the power switch is cycled.
Other than that, there are no further limitations. If you click the provided link, you can see a product description video... view full answer...
Since they are on the same circuit, you will want to switch the running lights to LED as well when installing the # CE44VR. Mixing the two has a tendency to cause problems with the lights functioning, and it is definitely important to have working lights on your motorhome.

It will not lift it in the sense that you are asking for. The most it will do is return your 3 year old suspension system to its factory ride height. The reverse lights should run to the middle pin on your 7-way connector. The wire color is typically going to be yellow... view full answer...
