There are no inherent issues with flat towing a Jeep Wrangler, in fact, it is one of the most popular flat-towed vehicles. That said, if you add large aftermarket tires and a lift kit then this will affect its ability to track behind a motorhome properly. For the 2018 Winnebago View 24D class C motorhome built on a 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis we do have confirmed fits for aftermarket rear anti-sway bars but not for the front.

I do have some great electric bike rack options for a Winnebago View Motorhome but you'll be limited to two bikes and a small selection because most electric bike racks aren't motorhome approved. I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack part # HLY84FR which can hold up to two 80 lb bikes. The Sport Rider SE has locks for security, and it's lightweight at only 54 lbs so one person can get it on and off the motorhome easily.
