I did a little digging and found that the Rear View Safety Wireless Side Camera # RVS-775W as a whole carries an IP68 rating. The 6 indicates that it is dust tight meaning dust cannot get in. The 8 indicates continuous immersion in water at a depth of 1 to 3 meters for a given amount of time. I did confirm that the replacement lock cores for UWS toolboxes like the # UWSLOCKCH508 does in fact use the rivet you referred to, but these are the only locks we've got that are confirmed to work with a UWS toolbox.
