The Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2-5/16" Ball part # C45041 is not made in the USA but we do have options that are like the B&W Heavy-Duty Ball Mount part # BWBMHD30010. This is not a complete kit though so you'd also need to add the 2-5/16" Hitch Bal part # BWHB94050 and Gen-Y Hitch Pin and Clip for 2" Hitches part # 325-GH-096. This setup is over twice the price of the one you picked out and requires you to still torque the hitch ball but it's made up of all USA components. view full answer...
The hitch pin weight of 1400 lbs you stated is so close to your payload capacity, but that is not accounting for the 5th wheel hitch and rail weights or the loaded weight with cargo added. Tunda's are notorious for having a lower payload and in this case, I can't tell you it will be fine. The payload weight is spread out over the truck bed where the 5th wheel rails are mounted to the frame directly so are more secure. Unfortunately manufacturers don't test for the 5th Wheel Hitch weight... view full answer...
The Curt hitch part # 31198 that you referenced, which is a confirmed fit for your 2011 Toyota Tundra, installs with the factory tow-hook 12 mm bolts that the truck already has. Basically you remove the factory tow hooks, place the hitch between the frame and the tow hooks and then reinstall the hardware. view full answer...
Your tow package port on your 2005 Toyota Tundra will either be above the emergency brake pedal (even taped to it), or behind the kick plate panel to the left of the emergency brake pedal. The connector should be white. See the installation video on the 2006 Toyota Tundra I included as it will be the closest to your truck.

I have an answer for you. The country of production for the Westin HDX Nerf Bar # 56-132552 is Taiwan. Unfortunately, we do not have any similar-styled running boards to the HDX that are produced in the USA for your 2021 Toyota Tundra (crewmax). However, your next best bet is the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps - Super Hoop - Polished Aluminum # CARR124502. The Carr steps have a maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds and are constructed of XM3 Xtreme polished finish that won't rust, crack, or peel. view full answer...
The black base on the CIPA Rearview Mirror # CM32000 features a durable plastic construction. The mirror does come with a metal bracket piece though if your truck isn't already equipped with a wedge-style bracket. This is the small silver color piece included in the kit that would get attached to the windshield with adhesive. The base on the mirror would then slide over it and tighten to it with the included screw for mounting.
