Vehicles like the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey that have a low stance can sometimes have ground clearance issues with a hitch installed. Tire size, passenger count and cargo load all affect your actual ground clearance but you can choose a hitch that will offer the most clearance to get you into your driveway.
The best option is the EcoHitch model with concealed cross tube, part # 306-X7255. When we installed this on a 2017 Sienna the top of the receiver opening was 13-1/4-inches above... view full answer...
The last etrailer.com # e98853 hitch we shipped weighed right at 45 pounds. The size of the box can vary slightly, but it looks like the largest one we ship it in will measure 58" long x 8" deep x 26" tall.
As a side note, this will definitely fit a 2015 Toyota Sienna and I included an install video for you to check out on your flight as well. However, if you are taking the hitch over-seas I cannot confirm fitment on vehicles that are produced outside the US. Just something to be aware of. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class III, # 76112, has a shipping weight of 32 lbs.
Also, this hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 lbs and a maximum tongue weight rating of 525 lbs. view full answer...
The Curt dual hitch adapter part # D-192 that you referenced does have 5 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the back of the upper hitch tube so it would work for you.

To carry two canoes on the roof of your 2007 Toyota Sienna you'll have two options depending on whether or not your van has raised rails you can stick your fingers under or flush mount rails. I have listed both options below.
Raised Rails
Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49" Long - Qty 2 item # RRVA126B-2
Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Raised Factory Side Rails - Qty 4 item # RRSX100
Flush Rails
Inno Square Crossbars - Steel - Black - 50"... view full answer...
I would be happy to! There are two different types of rails to mount a roof rack you could have on the roof of your 2007 Toyota Sienna so I will make recommendations for both. The Thule Hullavator item # TH898 also requires an extra 4" - 8" past the mounting legs for the lift assist function to operate without hitting the side of your van. I have listed the two options below that would be the best choice and included the longer crossbars:

The desired situation when towing is that your choice of ball mount will allow your trailer's frame to remain level with the ground when hitched, since level trailers handle better. Towing with either a lowered or lifted vehicle can make it a challenge to keep the trailer level.
Vans like the Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey are pretty low to the ground in their stock form so any additional lowering will not help. For instance, when we installed Curt hitch # C13105 on a stock 2013 Sienna... view full answer...
Basically you will look in the vehicle owners manual for the towing capacities of that vehicle. Also there should be listed a gross combined weight rating. This is the maximum that the vehicle and trailer can weigh together and includes cargo, passengers, fuel and anything else in the vehicle and trailer.
Stay within the towing capacity and stay within the gross combined weight rating and you will be fine.
If you do not know how much the trailer weighs you can take it, loaded and ready... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55MR you were looking at for your 2021 Toyota Sienna does not have a concealed crosstube as you can see from the included installation photo.
Both the trailer hitch receivers available for your Sienna, the # DT55MR and # C22UR, are exposed hitches meaning the receiver and crosstube is visible so I recommend going with the # DT55MR due to it having the higher tongue weight rating of 675lbs and a higher trailer weight rating of 4500lbs.

There won't be a difference regarding ground clearance for either of the hitches that fit your 2021 Toyota Sienna, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR or Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT55MR.
This is essentially the same hitch in many ways, though I do like the Draw-Tite # DT55MR over the Curt because of its higher capacities as well as its finish, which isn't as glossy and gives a more refined look. That said, both hitches have visible crosstubes are and going to sit... view full answer...
I went out into our warehouse and measured the distance from the top of the ball mount platform to the lower portion of the receiver opening of the MaxxxTow Ball Mount # 70066 and found that it measures 5-1/2 inches.
Check out the picture I attached that shows this measurement.
The Curt Ball Mount # D210 that you referenced will have a greater clearance there by about 1/2 inch. view full answer...
Yes, you can so long as you have a roof rack! The Rhino-Rack Batwing Compact Awning item # RR33300 will attach to your Sienna's roof rack and the adjustable legs will allow you to set the height you need. I have linked a review video below so you can see the features of this awning being demonstrated.
If you do not already have a set of crossbars and a complete roof rack for your 2022 Toyota Sienna you will need the following parts:

The Draw-Tite part # 75237 that you referenced weighs 38 lbs and the Curt Hitch part # C13105 that you also referenced weighs 40 lbs.
Both hitches are confirmed to fit your 2011 Toyota Sienna and would do an excellent job.
I attached install videos for both products.
For trailer wiring you would want the part # C56106.
For ball mounts I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag. view full answer...
Using a suspension enhancement system like the AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs, part # AL60732 will not increase the load-carrying or tongue weight capacity of your 2015 Sienna. These are designed to help cushion heavy loads and help keep the vehicle level.
This air pressure in this system can be adjusted between 5 psi and 35 psi. This system will give you up to 1,000-lbs of support and help prolong the suspension of your Sienna.
If you want to be able to adjust the level of air pressure... view full answer...

Re-tapping a weldnut can be difficult and you could end up breaking it loose from the frame. If you're looking for a class III trailer hitch for your 2007 Toyota Sienna, either the etrailer # e98837 is going to offer the most ground clearance. This is especially important when considering hitch mounted accessories like bike racks, cargo carriers or ball mounts.
Measuring from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube opening, # e98837 will offer approximately 11-1/2". On the other hand, the Curt # C13105 offers 10-1/4" and the Draw-Tite # 75237 only offers about 9-1/2". view full answer...
The Curt platform bike rack # C18087 only can carry bikes up to 45 lb but it can fit tire widths up to 3 inches so if there's a way to take 5 lbs of the bike like by removing the battery it would work well for you. view full answer...
