Although the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack, # S80940, was designed for use as a garage storage solution, it may also work for you when transporting bikes in your trailer. This storage rack will hold the weight of a bike carrier, with bikes mounted, as long as the combined weight does not exceed 100 pounds. You will also need to make sure that the area on the trailer where you will be mounting the bracket can handle this load. I have included a demo video to give you a better... view full answer...
It sounds like you might have the Lippert Flip Down Storage Rack and if that's the case I do have an option for you but we don't have any bike rack accessories or attachments for this. That said, the storage rack you have now actually uses the same brackets as the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Bike Rack Tailgate Storage System part # LC243621 so you can easily switch racks when you need to carry your bikes or haul extra gear. view full answer...
For bike storage the only single bike holders are designed to fit either on a wall or ceiling and not the floor (free-standing) see link. For a free-standing model the minimum is 2 bikes such as # 301-13984. I have linked all of the 2-bike freestanding models for you. view full answer...
The wall mount we currently offer that might work for you is the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack, part # S80940. This rack can be installed by using the 4 mounting holes, and will work with 2 inch bike carrier shanks. It does have a weight capacity of 100 lbs and that would include the weight of the carrier and bikes combined.
I have attached a product review video for this storage option you can check out. view full answer...
For your 2013 VW Golf Hatchback I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634. This will give you an excellent bike rack for your vehicle and it doesn't take a lot of storage. The locks are included so there isn't additional storage space needed for those components. I've attached a video to assist. view full answer...
I recommend just using a simple wall mounted rack like the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack # S80940.
This would get bolted to your garage wall and will work with any 2" hitch accessories like your bike rack, using the integrated 2" receiver tube. When it isn't in use, you can simply just fold it into the wall to save on space. view full answer...
Subfloor between joists would work just fine for the Feedback Sports Velo Column Bike Storage Rack - Floor to Ceiling Mount - Black - 2 Bikes # 301-16835 that you referenced. Subfloor is normally 3/4 inch OSB which is plenty sturdy for the short run between joists. view full answer...
Yes, you can stagger the arms of the Feedback Sports Velo Cache Bike Storage Rack # 301-13984 so that a womens bike could fit. I attached a picture that shows a similar style of frame bike loaded on this.
I attached a review video for this stand for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The overall length of the Hollywood Racks Bike Storage Rack part # HRPS16 that you referenced is 99 inches. If you were to only use one side of the rack Hollywood Racks suggests 8 bikes as the max.
With both sides the rack is designed for up to 16 bikes. view full answer...
The Hollywood Racks Rack Valet Rolling Storage Cart for Hitch-Mounted Bike Racks # HRRV-1 would work great with a Yakima 4-bike rack but the wheels of this are too small to be able to roll on gravel. The ground will need to be a hard flat surface. view full answer...
I spoke to Lippert about the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Rack Tailgate Storage System part # LC243621 and they do not list a specific number of bikes that can be used. The reason for this is that it can vary greatly based on what type of bikes you have. Therefore, if you are able to fit all four bikes on the 70 1/2" long x 30-1/2" wide platform and remain under 200 lbs then you are good to go. Please note in order to install the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Rack Tailgate... view full answer...
The Swagman bike wall carrier part # S80956 that you referenced can work on road bikes with angled cross tubes since the angle of the rack is adjustable. It has a 45 lb weight capacity as well. The distance from the hook to the wall where it mounts is 14-1/2 inches. For more info on this carrier check out the review video I attached as well. view full answer...
The Swagman Chinook part # S64683 that you referenced will fit in the Hollywood Racks Valet part # HRRV-1 that you referenced. I would not recommend loading bikes into the rack while in the Valet though as this will most likely cause the rack and valet to tip over.
The best solution for bike rack storage that also allows you to load bikes is the wall mount Swagman X Mount part # S80940. view full answer...
For your application I recommend checking out the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack # KU84FR. This is rated for use on travel trailers as long as the hitch receiver is secured to the frame and not the bumper.
I really like this bike rack because it has a unique u-shaped frame that makes it easier to load and unload your bikes. It also has tilting and folding functions which means you gain access to that rear storage you're talking about plus you'll be able to reduce how much room it takes up... view full answer...
The Thule EasyFold XT, part # TH903202, is an excellent bike rack for your two bikes. It has, in my opinion, one of the best designs of any bike rack we carry. It looks good and is very convenient for storage.
You've made a great choice!

The Gear Up Four-on-the-Floor Folding Floor Bike Stand - 4 Bikes GU36010 has been discontinued. For a floor bike stand that is easy to take on the go, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Bicycle Parking Stand - 1 Bike # HRPS1. I've attached a video of this stand to assist. This stand will accommodate tires up to 2-1/2 inches wide and will let you stabilize bikes even on uneven surfaces.
Another great option is the Saris The Boss Bike Storage Stand - Freestanding - 1 Bike # SA6014. I've... view full answer...

I recommend checking out the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier - Fork Mount # HRT970.
This is an inexpensive solution to quickly, and effectively transport your bikes in your enclosed trailer.
This mount is going to be a fork mount style option that can accommodate up to 1 bike with front wheels that have a 100 mm OLD.
Alternatively, if you have the space and do not want to remove your tire, then I recommend checking out the:
-Steadyrack Bike Storage Rack # SR34FR.

For a bike carrier storage rack you can use the Swagman X, # S80940. You will need to have the 2 inch adapter on your bike rack for it to fit though. I have linked a video review of this rack to the right.
For the step through frame of your bike you can use adapter bar # 64005. This is the easiest adapter bar that I have used. I have linked a video of it to the right for you to view. view full answer...
