Whether your 2018 Thor Vegas has the V8 or the V10 the front anti-sway bar is part # RM-1139-176 (which replaces your factory swaybar) and the rear anti-sway bar is part # RM-1139-147.

I have a solution for you, but in order to determine which hitch will fit on your 2017 Thor Axis Motorhome you will need to measure the distance between the frame stanchions to determine the best choice. If you've got between 22" and 66" width and either a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame you can use the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch # C13704.
