The Inno Aero Light QM 2 Bike Platform Rack # INH330 referenced in your question has an integrated locking hand knob that locks the rack to the trailer hitch receiver (you can't loosen up the connection without the key). You can see this feature in action starting at around the 2:40 mark on the video demonstration attached below.
In addition to the locking hand knob that secures the rack to the hitch/vehicle, this carrier also has an integrated cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack. view full answer...
There's no fascia or panel cutting needed to install the Curt Hitch part # C11465 that you referenced on your 2019 Subaru Impreza. You'll just need to enlarge the frame holes like you mentioned.
I attached an install video for this hitch on a similar Impreza for you to check out as well. view full answer...
The lower bumper fascia would need to be trimmed approximately 1-5/8 inches by 4 inches.
You can get a better idea of the necessary trimming by checking the install instructions, and looking at the photo I produced for you.
Remember the old woodworkers adage: Measure twice, cut once.
If you were planning on using the receiver as a mounting point for a bike rack or cargo carrier, be aware that Curt requires the use of a stabilizing strap like part # 18050. Failure to use a stabilizing... view full answer...
Although that would make things easier you really do need to route the power wire that comes with the Curt T-Connector # C56259 up to the battery on your 2012 Subaru Impreza. This wiring kit is designed to function independently of the OEM wiring on your Impreza so if you were to connect this to a 12V outlet then if something went bad on your trailer it could leak over to your vehicle. We also don't know what else this outlet is connected to so it may be very easy to bust a fuse and then... view full answer...
I would first start off by inspecting inside of both the vehicle and trailer side connector for corrosion or buildup. Make sure to clean out both sides of the connector before reattaching. Once this is done you will need to check for a proper ground at the connector and at each light. Some tail lights are grounded through the mounting bolts. I have included a video that explains how to test for a proper ground.
If you cannot find a ground problem, you can move on to the wiring. First,... view full answer...
I can agree with you that running the power wire can be time consuming. It does make it easier if you can get the back of the vehicle on ramps. The hardest part is routing the power wire over the rear axle and staying away from anything hot or moving. Once you get past the axle you can run the wire along some factory hard lines or in between a plastic panel and the body to the front. All of the wiring kits for the 2016 Subaru Impreza require a power wire be ran to the battery.
The power... view full answer...
The aftermarket exhaust tips should not interfere with you being able to install this Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11317. What would cause problems would be if the aftermarket exhaust had mufflers that were larger in diameter than the stock mufflers.
The # C11317 does require some minor drilling for installation, but with a decent drill and drill bit you should not have a problem installing this hitch.
You may need the following items to complete your... view full answer...
The ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank part # 277-000163 has an adhesive backing so no further method of securing it would be required nor is there anything I can recommend. I would also not recommend covering it for protection as this could be a fire hazard. it In regards to operation, it would work with pretty much any toggle/rocker switch like part # PK34310.
I have attached a sample diagram I made to help with the wiring. view full answer...
You will be able to unplug the parking sensor wiring harness on your 2018 Subaru Impreza in order to set the fascia aside to continue the installation of EcoHitch # 306-X7350. As far as the length of that harness I couldn't say but it may be long enough to keep everything plugged in and still have room to install the hitch. view full answer...
Once the hitch is in position over the bolts hanging down from the frame you will need 2 of the flat washers per bolt instead of just 1. That is what is indicated in the instructions for the hitch:
"Step 8. With all hardware properly fished into position, raise hitch onto hanging hardware. Be
careful not to push bolt hardware back into frame rails. Secure bolts with two 1/2” flat washers, one
1/2” lock washer, and one 1/2” nut. Once hitch is secured and centered on vehicle, torque all
hardware... view full answer...
There will be minor fascia trimming required when installing the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11120 on your 2014 Subaru WRZ STI. In the attached picture the required trimming is noted. The hitch is designed for vehicles with the quad tip exhaust.
When using this hitch to carry a bike rack, Curt requires using the Curt Support Strap # 18050. I have attached a brief demonstration of this strap.
The Curt hitch # C11120 that you referenced is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. It looks... view full answer...
The exhaust only needs to come down a little bit to install this # C11120 on your 2012 Subaru Impreza. An easy way to support the exhaust once you remove the fifth exhaust hanger would be to use a tie-down like our Snap-Loc Tie Down part # EM51324 to secure the exhaust to a part of the vehicle before you lower it so that the strap will hold the weight of the exhaust while it is off the hangers. You can adjust the cam buckle to raise or lower the exhaust once it is supporting the weight... view full answer...
Yes, you are correct. You will need to cut the loop, strip both ends of the wire and then use the included butt-end connectors to attach the fuse to the Curt Wiring Harness # 56061 and the ring terminal to the positive side of the battery in your 2012 Subaru Impreza Sedan.
I would recommend cutting the wire in the middle so that you have equal distance of wire on either side of the fuse. view full answer...
I have included a link at the bottom of the page to the instructions for wiring harness # C59496. In the mean time the red wire is for brake lights, green is right turn signal, yellow is left turn signal, white is ground, brown is running lights, and black is the power wire.
We do not re-sell returned items. We have to kit the harnesses together with the extra wire and fuse holder though so you get everything in one package. view full answer...
I really wish I had an exact write up for running the power wire on the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118573 to the battery on your 2015 Subaru Impreza but as we have not had the chance to install this harness yet, I do not. There are actually multiple different ways you can run the wire so exact instructions are rarely provided. As you mentioned you can run the power wire under the vehicle but you need to steer clear of any moving parts like the driveshaft or parts that emit heat... view full answer...
The 12 volt power wire on the Curt Custom Fit Trailer Wiring Harness, # C56111, is designed to provide power for the trailer stop, turn and taillights. This type of wiring harness is designed for vehicles that have sensitive circuitry and thinner wires that cannot handle the additional amperage draw that would be placed on them if trailer wiring was added.
The converter box will use the vehicles circuitry to sense when the vehicle brakes, turn signals or taillights are activated and the... view full answer...

The Saris SuperClamp EX # SA4025F transports bikes with dual wheel-clamping hooks. With full fenders on front and rear wheels being commonplace on eBikes, the placement of the SuperClamp hooks need to be adjusted accordingly, but they will certainly work with together.

The EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7261 you are referring to can be removed from your 2009 Subaru Impreza in the same way it was installed, which is to remove the bolts which can be done with a torque wrench, though keep in mind you also need to remove the bumper. view full answer...
If you don't have trailer tail lights using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56368 then you'll first want to test the brown wire going into the converter box. If you don't get power here then you have an issue with the tee connectors (wrong side, pinned incorrectly, not seated fully). If you do get power, check the brown wire leaving the converter box. If there's no power you have a bad converter box and the harness will need to be replaced. If there is power then the... view full answer...
