The size of the cable is not the issue with finding the correct roller fairlead for your winch. The mounting hole dimensions are the issue. The Bulldog Winch ATV Winch Roller Fairlead - 109mm Mount # BDW20001 has bolt hole centers that are 109 mm or 4-1/4 inches on center.
I've linked the page to all of your roller fairlead options as well as mounts to assist. view full answer...
The Bulldog Winch # BDW15105 mounting plate does have mounting holes for a roller or hawse fairlead which are 4.8 inches apart on center. If that doesn't match up with the holes on your existing fairlead, Bulldog does offer some that are compatible. For the hawse fairlead used for synthetic rope, use # BDW20224, or for wire rope/cable, use a roller fairlead, part # BDW20055, both of which are compatible with the hole spacing of the # BDW15105 winch mounting plate.

I reached out to a representative of Bulldog who said the Bulldog Winch Custom-Fit Steel ATV Winch Mount # BDW15176 measured approximately 9 inches wide, 7-1/2 inches deep and 3-3/4 inches high (to the bottom of the mounting plate).
You can use these measurements to determine if this winch will fit over the hitch on your 2016 Teryx. If so you can use this mount for a winch like the 4,000 lbs Powersports Series # BDW15004 or 6,000 lbs Compact Series # BDW15022.

I reached out to COMEUP Winch for the measurements you asked for. While they were unable to provide me with exact lengths of the red rope on the Replacement Synthetic Rope # CU28XR, they identified it is there to ensure that you have the minimum 5 wraps around the drum of their ComeUp Cub ATV Winch # CU123933, # CU122392, # CU122390, # CU129302, and # CU129412. That would be a length of approximately 3-1/2' for the red portion on the 50' rope.
The end of the rope for this is bound. It... view full answer...
The capacity of the Superwinch part # 1120210 is 2,000 lbs. We have it in a facet category with other winches that have weight capacities that range from 1,000 to 2,000 lbs. Sorry for the confusion! view full answer...
If your boat is on a dolly-like platform that is equipped with rollers its actual load that will be presented to the winch will be reduced as compared to use of standard non-wheeled bunks. For a 2500-lb boat the 4500-lb-rated Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch # SW1145220 with 55-foot wire rope will be capable of handing this load.
You can refer to the linked article for more on the things that determine the required winch capacity for various kinds of applications. view full answer...
Superwinch LT3000ATV Winch - 3K Item # SW1130220 can handle 2,000 pounds on a 30 percent incline but keep in mind the higher the capacity on the winch the easier it will be on the winch. You can go up to a 4,400 pound winch # BDW15019 for not much of a price increase. But the step above that, 5,800 pounds # BDW10029, carriers a more significant increase in price.
You can double the capacity of a winch by using a pulley block such as # BDW20004 with a hook, # EM59505, bolted at the front... view full answer...
The Curt ATV Ball Mount # C45009 does not have a specific towing weight rating, nor a class rating, because its capacity will exceed that of virtually any ATV and ATV hitch. The Polaris Rangers vary in their towing capacity depending on the specific model. The XP900 is indeed rated for 2000-lbs, but the model 570 is rated for 1500-lbs and the XP1000 is rated for 2500-lbs. This ball mount is fine for use with any of these since it will have a higher capacity than the hitch and the ATV itself. view full answer...
The CIPA ATV Handlebar Mirror, # CM11132, fits into the end of the handlebars on either side. In order for it to fit, the ends of the handlebars will have to have an opening. If the inside diameter of the opening is between 0.63 (5/8) and 0.73 (3/4) inches, the mirror will fit. There is a tension screw that manipulates an anchor on the inside to hold it in place.
You will need to measure each ATV to determine fit. The mirror was designed as a universal type of item to fit most all terrain... view full answer...

The Reese Towpower ATV Hitch, part # RP7065000, measures 3/8 of an inch thick except for the D-ring. The D-ring is a 1/2 inch thick.
The hitch can be used in the dop position. I went out and looked at it and there's plenty of room for a hitch ball to not interfere with the D-ring. view full answer...
