I have a solution for you but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # C13078 you were looking at only has a 300 lbs tongue weight capacity. To haul your mobility scooter and carrier you will want the Draw-Tite Max-E-Loader Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 75714. This hitch has a 500 lbs tongue weight capacity. The Draw-Tite is custom fit and bolts directly to your 2017 Nissan Quest's frame with included hardware. I have linked an installation video below. You won't need a class IV hitch but... view full answer...
Thule, the manufacturer of these bike racks, doesn't recommend the use of a 3 bike carrier on your vehicle. The Thule Speedway Trunk Mounted 2 Bike Carrier would work on your 1994 Quest. If there is a specific vehicle that you are planning on purchasing, I can check the fit on that one, if you'd like. Your other option is to use a hitch mounted 3 bike rack. The hitch would be sold separately. Just make sure you choose the correct rack for the hitch class. view full answer...
The Class 3 Curt # C13563, and the one I recommend, is one of trailer hitches that fit your 2006 Nissan Quest. It has a maximum tongue weight of 300 pounds and 3,500 pound towing capacity. It's easy to install and no drilling is required. The custom wiring is the Tow Ready # 118469 and if you need a ball mount, I would get the ball mount kit # 989891 which includes 1-7/8 inch and 2-inch hitch balls, ball mount with 3/4 inch rise or 2-inch drop, pin and clip and a handy storage bag.

The Thule Force XT XXL, part # TH6359B is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Nissan Quest with a factory roof rack.
You can take a quick measurement to make sure the rear hatch will open fully when the cargo box is on the roof of your vehicle. Just measure from the center of the front crossbar rearward to the seam that separates the roof and rear hatch. That is called 'front clearance'. The # TH6359B needs 54-3/4 inches of front clearance to allow the rear hatch to fully open.

The particular Class III Draw-Tite hitch that you referenced, part # 75714, is not rated for use with a weight distribution system. This is noted in our product specs for this hitch.
Of the three Class III hitches offered for your 2014 Nissan Quest (please see the link provided for you) only one hitch, the Curt # C13078, is rated for use with weight distribution. Its tongue weight capacity becomes 500-lbs and its towing capacity becomes 5000-lbs with a system installed.

The High-Low adapter # RM-076 was not designed to be used for that purpose. The adapter has a tongue weight capacity of only 100 lbs, and is designed for towing a vehicle that is resting on the ground behind another vehicle.
The Curt Multi-Purpose Ball Mount, # D210 might possibly be an option. The ball mount would raise your bike rack by 4-3/4 inches. The unit is rated at 7500 lbs towing, 750 lbs tongue weight. The receiver portion has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs. view full answer...
The trailer hitch receiver that we offer for a 2004 Nissan Quest is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13563. This Curt hitch will only fit years 2004 - 2009 of the Nissan Quest, nothing else. The Curt hitch, like most of our other trailer hitch receivers, is custom fit, so they only fit one model unless there is another model that shares the same chassis and even then, that is not always the case.
If you can let me know what other Nissan vehicles you have, I would be glad to offer... view full answer...
Yes, I checked with Thule and the Thule Passage Bike Rack part # TH911XT that you referenced has been confirmed to fit your 2013 Nissan Quest.

I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow... view full answer...
The Thule Passage 3-Bike Trunk Mounted Bike Rack, part # TH911XT would indeed be compatible with both your 2013 Prius and your 2008 Nissan Quest van. Just make sure not to use the rear windshield wiper when the rack is in place. You'll also want to remove the rack before opening the rear hatch of either vehicle. The struts that hold the rear hatch up are only rated for the weight of the door. Adding the weight of the rack (even though they don't weigh much) could result in the hatch closing... view full answer...

With the Swagman XTC2 TILT Bike Rack # S64671 you are able to load the bikes in either direction. It is recommended to always load the heavier of the 2 bikes first to reduce torsion on the receiver. Typically you will position the handlebars on separate sides from the front bike to the back to lessen interference when loading and unloading. You are able to reposition the wheel trays on the base to fine tune how your bikes sit on the rack and where the frame mount will sit to hold the bike... view full answer...
The SportRack Vista XL cargo box, # SR7018, is designed to fit cross bars no wider than 4 inches and with a center to center distance between the bars of 25-7/8, 27-7/8, or 29-7/8 inches. You will need to measure the cross bars on your 2007 Nissan Quest to determine if they are within these measurements. I have included a link to a video review of this box for you.

The hardware supplied with the Draw-Tite Hitch # 75714 for the 2012 Nissan Quest is specific to your vehicle. It may be that the threads in the weld nuts on the frame are dirty. It is not uncommon for road dirt to find its way into the threads and accumulate, making it difficult to get the bolts started.
You can try using a spray-on penetrating rust remover like WD40 and a brush such as part # DW00254 to clean out any debris from the threads, as shown in the linked installation video.... view full answer...

According to Curt, the # C13900 is a fit for the Nissan Frontier and the small Nissan Pickup that predated it but they don't list the Quest as a fit.
I'd recommend using the Curt # C13078 Class III hitch which is specifically designed for your 2017 Quest.
