I did some research on the Dorman Autograde wheel nut lock you mentioned and found that the sides of the nut are smooth to prevent the wheel lock from being removed with conventional tools.
You will want to attach the Thule lug nut adapter to one of the remaining standard lug nuts, with 6 wrench flats, that hold the wheel on your vehicle. Only one standard lug nut is required for attachment of the K-Summit tire chains.

The QM System hardware for the Thule Adventurer will work with the Yakima round bars. You will want to tighten it a little more than you usually would so the brackets hold the shape of the bar.

I did some research on the spoilers on the 2008 Mitsubishi GTS and based on what I saw it looks like the only trunk mount that is going to work is the Hollywood Racks Over-the-top rack, # HRF2. This rack is built with an extra extension that will put the top straps of the rack over the spoiler so as not to interfere with it.

I went ahead and looked up your owner's manual for your 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer, and I discovered that the manufacturer says you cannot flat-tow your vehicle with all four wheels on the ground. I checked out the owner's manual for a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer and according to this, the vehicle can only be transported on a tow dolly. The only models we offer a tow dolly for are front wheel drive as these can be towed from the front with the front wheels off the ground. The short answer is you don't! The longer answer is that there will also be a block fishwired in and the bolt will go through the block and the hole in the frame. The block prevents the bolt from turning because it can't fully rotate within the frame. The block has a square hole in it and the bolt head has a square part that will fit in that square hole so the bolt also cannot spin within the block.

I have a solution for you. The Hollywood Racks Expedition 2-Bike Rack # HRF6-2 fits your 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart with spoiler. This bike rack works with most spoilers but if you have a large after-market rear spoiler you run the chance of this not working.
