Thule Adventurer Cargo Box Fit on Yakima Q Tower Round Bar Systems

Does a Thule Adventurer mount to a Yakima Round Bar Q Tower system? I have a 2012 Lancer GT would this work for it?

The QM System hardware for the Thule Adventurer will work with the Yakima round bars. You will want to tighten it a little more than you usually would so the brackets hold the shape of the bar.
