I spoke with my contact at Curt and he stated that the reason the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C55375, cannot be used with the 2000 Mercury Sable Wagon is because it uses a different type of connector on the tail light wiring. I did some checking and it looks like your 2007 Mercury Mountaineer has a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. You would need to check your owners manual or with Mercury to verify this based on how the vehicle is equipped.

The side mount bolt on ARK Xtreme Off-Road Swing-Up Trailer Jack # ORJW750D has a similar height adjustment to the Ultimate Trailer Jack # 322-RDJ-2K.
