The K-Source universal towing mirrors # KS3990 are designed to fit most side mirrors that are up to 4-1/2 inches to 11-1/2 inches tall. Based on some pictures I have seen of the mirrors on the 2012 Lincoln Navigator they will fit. The mirrors measure 7-3/4 inches tall by 5-1/8 inches wide.
