For the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12172, there really isn't a solution other than to use a torque wrench. Without torqing the necessary bolts to the manufacturer specs, you void the warranty and can have safety issues when using the hitch receiver.
If you want to purchase one, I recommend the torque wrench # ALL944001 or the digital adapter # ALL940962. There are many auto parts stores that now rent tools as well if you prefer to go that route, but... view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75956 you were looking at for your 2021 Lexus NX 300 has a built in mount to connect the trailer connector to which you can see in the included pictures.
If you have a 4-way connector you would need the Mounting Bracket # 18144, or if you had a 7-way connector you would need the # A10-9394VP instead.

We have fitted trailer wiring harnesses on the 2nd Generation Lexus RX 350. Assuming the 3rd Generation Lexus 350 is similar, you will have to remove several interior panels in the rear storage compartment to access the vehicle’s taillight wiring harness connector. The Curt Class III Receiver, part # 13530 will be visible from the rear when installed like the 2007 model in the video you saw. The position of the receiver and cross bar is dictated by the location of the attachment points and the structure of the exhaust.
Although they come from different manufacturers, the layout and structure of the Curt and Draw-Tite receivers are very similar.

For the 2016 Lexus ES 350 I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 36530 for a few reasons. First, it is a Class II hitch which means you are not limited to carrying just 2 bikes like you would with Curt hitch # C11362. And second if you did use the Curt hitch then Curt requires the use of stabilization strap # 18050 when using the hitch for anything other than a trailer. Draw-Tite does not have that requirement.

We usually gauge trailer hitch installation difficulty by how long it takes to install the hitch. This hitch requires that the exhaust be temporarily lowered and that a heat shield be modified or trimmed so the hitch will fit. To install the Wiring # C59496 on your 2010 Lexus GS 350 you will need to test the wires of the taillight harness with the included circuit tester you have found to determine the functions of all of them and then wire the # C59496 to the appropriate wires as the instructions and diagram I attached indicate.
