I have found a solution to your question. Unfortunately, the Reese hitch you referenced does not fit you 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The Reese hitch was designed to fit a 2011 Ford Ranger small size pickup.
We do carry a hitch that will work for your Jeep. I like the etrailer Hitch item # e73ZR. This hitch is custom-fit to your Jeep and has a no-drill design which means you will use existing holes in your vehicle's frame to mount the hitch. The etrailer hitch has the 2 inch receiver opening... view full answer...
The Camco RV Awning De-Flapper MAX - Qty 2 # CAM42251 will use strap # CAM42243 which is 13 inches long and 1-3/4 inches wide. I believe this will work with the newer style awning frame you are talking about. The standard De-Flappers # CAM42061 use part # CAM42083 which are 13 inches long. The Camco Replacement RV Awning Straps - 12" Long - Qty 2 # CAM42503 are also an option. Both of these straps are 1 inch wide. view full answer...
For a 12-inch Derale fan with a thermostatic controller included you might consider their Dyno-Cool Straight-Blade Electric Fan kit # D16312. This low-profile design moves 750-CFM and draws 9-amps maximum.
For a higher-output model you can review the linked page that shows all Derale fans. You can sort the products shown based on size, CFM capacity and blade type by clicking on the included links. view full answer...
Yes, I suggest the Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System - Proportional, # HM39530. This too is a a proportional braking system that remains in the Jeep same as the Demco. It is an equivalent product to other originally recommended from a different, but very reputable company.
See the attached link for a product review and installation video of this product on a Jeep Wrangler. view full answer...
The only option available for your 1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo is a universal kit. The # 118354 wiring harness you looked at only works with the next Cherokee model starting in 1997. I recommend the Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit # 119178KIT. We have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable when it comes to wiring. This kit includes a circuit tester and 5 quick splices to help out with the installation. view full answer...
Though we do have hardwire options available for your 1995 Jeep Cherokee XJ, there are no plug and play options currently available, unfortunately.
If you decide to proceed with a hardwire kit, I highly recommend the Tekonsha # 119178KIT. This is a pretty quick and easy install and includes quick connectors, so no cutting will be needed. It's not plug and play, but it also isn't overly complicated either. view full answer...
We do offer a 4-pole wiring harness for a 1991 Jeep Cherokee, Tekonsha # 119178KIT, which you can convert to a 5-pole. No 5-pole versions are offered.
But we do have a wiring adapter to convert a 4-pole to a 5-pole, part # 20036 from Tow Ready. Installation is simple: plug in the adapter to the 4-pole and then splice the blue wire into the reverse light wire on the vehicle. A quick-splice connector is included. view full answer...

We can help you with a roof rack for your 1987 Jeep Cherokee.
The rack fits depend on how the Cherokee's roof is set up. On the linked page just click on the picture that shows your roof style; you will then see only the racks that fit that type of roof. We have options from several brands but none of the roof configurations shows a fit for a SportRack brand roof rack. However, I can help you find the most cost-effective option for each type of roof.

No, when you are flat towing a vehicle like your 2017 Jeep Cherokee the vehicle's odometer will not keep track of the miles just as if you were driving the vehicle.
On newer vehicles like your that have digital odometers nearly all of them do not accumulate miles when being flat towed. view full answer...
The install time ratings are not determined by us and are instead determined by the hitch manufacturers. So with that in mind the different companies don't always end up estimating the same amount of install time, even when their hitch designs are so similar they almost seem identical.
So that is why the Curt hitch part # C13172 has a 40 minute install time and the etrailer # e73ZR has an hour twenty minute install time. Based on capacities and the Curt being made in the USA that's the... view full answer...
The Rhino-Rack Crossbar Adapter, part # KC-FK8, is designed to fit the 2 Kayak Carrier, part # S512-S512X, into bars with a C-channel (or T-track). You'd need two sets of these based on how the carrier installs and is for two kayaks. view full answer...
The Blue Ox BX1136 base plates are no longer available. They went inactive on our site when we ran out of our stock of them. They are supposed to be replaced by a new model, but they are not yet available.
Currently, for your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk you can use the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit # e98952 which is compatible with all etrailer, Demco, and Blue Ox tow bars.
Other parts needed for flat towing would be a tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring and a supplemental braking... view full answer...
Curt 2-inch hitch # C13171 is a confirmed fit on the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and also on the Cherokee Latitude Plus. An installation video showing a 2017 Cherokee is linked for you, along with the written instructions. I checked directly with Curt to confirm this fit.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56406 and a ball mount kit item # C45534. view full answer...
If your Durango is a 4WD model, we do indeed have a front mounted receiver that would fit. You'd need the Curt Front Mounted Receiver, part # 31080. We don't offer a front mounted receiver for a 2WD model.
For a winch mount, I'd recommend the Curt # C31010 which is compatible with the industry standard bolt pattern used by most winches. view full answer...
Yes, if you want two of the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 that are keyed alike so that one key works both locks you can do this by selecting the keyed-alike option on the lock's page. We do have a hitch for the 2023 Jeep Cherokee that will protrude through the bumper with the Draw-Tite Class 3 Hitch # DT28MR. This receiver will go right in the center area of the bumper, right behind the plastic removable panel. This helps with ground clearance, and in my opinion, looks much cleaner on the back of the vehicle.
I have linked the manufacturer instructions below. The instructions include a few really good pictures showing the location of the hitch once installed. view full answer...
