The factory wiring for both the 2023 and 2024 Hyundai Palisade has been a complicated subject. The pre-wiring you're referring to is not an actual trailer connector. You should have factory wiring and connectors which will allow you to add an OEM 7-way. I understand it says they all have this, but I would make sure you can find it on your particular vehicle if you plan to use it. Does your trailer have LED lights? This sounds like it could be hyperflashing from not enough power draw which would require installing load resistors # DI34ZR to fix the problem. Then again, it is only doing it with the brakes when I would expect it to be all of the functions. Double check the connection on the 4-way # CU94FR. Unplug it and plug it back in to make sure everything is properly seated.

You're likely not going to find one Stephen, because there's a really high chance that your scooter plus a carrier is going to overload your hitch. This is because typically class I hitches are only going to have about a 200 lb tongue weight capacity, so the weight of the two would be too much.
