We do not have any reports of the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control # EQ37100ET causing damage to the safety chains and the hitch. I also reached out to Equal-i-zer directly and they had no reports of this either. According to Equal-i-zer when the WDH is properly installed it should not interfere with the safety chains.

Though I may have an option for you, I was also unable to find any info on the T-23972 seal you currently have. With that being said, the Grease Seal - Double Lip - ID 1.719" / OD 2.565" - for 3,500-lb Axles - Qty 2 # RG06-050, or # 58846 as just a single seal, is very close to your measurements. These can warp over time, which could be the cause of the differences.

The most common grease seal for a 3,500 lb axle is the # 58846 with a 1.719" inner diameter and 2.565" outer diameter. For a pair you would need the # RG06-050.

While there is a Comfort Ride shock absorber kit that does fit your 2021 Grand Design Imagine XLS 21BHE, there is not a leaf spring suspension kit, as those are only fits for axles larger than the 3,500 lb tandem axles on your travel trailer. Your best option would be to mount the Furrion side marker cameras # FCE48TASL either above or below the current marker lights, and power them off of the same circuit. The cameras only pull .25 amps each or .5 amps each with the infrared on, so you can easily power them with the wiring you already have in place.
