I was able to determine your 2020 Grand Design Imagine 2970RL travel trailer will have come with 4,400lb tandem axles. Since you determined they leaf springs are 26" you will want to use the 4,500LB Springs # e27SR. The 4,000LB Springs # e22YR you found will to easily sag under the weight of your camper.

I wish I could say that you're crazy or you've gotten rusty with your tape measurer, but you do have unique axle dimensions so for something that would be an exact fit you'll either need to have a trailer shop or RV dealer special order you some axles, or you'll need to use the Timbren Axle-Less Kit # ASR5200S01 for both axles.

So I just want to start with the brakes. Due to you having the 4,400LB Lippert axle you will need their Brake Kit # LC66WD for each axle. These brakes are forward self adjusting like the Dexter you were looking at.
For a cushioned equalizer I prefer the MORryde # MR27ZR. This will have slightly larger dimensions than your current equalizer but understand the shackles will take care of the width and the height does compress under load so it will be much closer to your vertical dimension.... view full answer...

There's not a guide to tell us the bolt pattern of your current stabilizer jacks but I do have a diagram below showing the bolt pattern of the Leveling Scissor Jack # JSC-24-IND so that you can compare it to yours. When it comes to stabilizer jacks you can typically also remove the mounting brackets from the old jack and bolt them onto the new jack so that the pattern stays the same. I reached out to Furrion and they do not carry that component as a replacement part. They said you would have to get a whole new Stove # FR57KR. This is due to the part being riveted in. You should be able to find a local appliance repair facility that should be able to get you what you need rather than replacing the entire stove. Hi Carrie, I can help you determine the right replacement double-eye leaf springs for your Grand Design Imagine trailer. It's pretty easy to figure out, as all you need to do is measure your current leaf springs from center-to-center of the spring eyes, and you also need to know the weight rating of your axle (which should be printed on a sticker or tag on the axle itself).

You might consider switching from the standard Brakes # 23-26-27 to the Nev-R-Adjust # 23-468-469 so you will no longer have to adjust the brakes as they wear.
