Replacement 26 Inch Long Leaf Springs For Grand Design Trailer

Hello, Need help with replacing leaf Springs I have a 2020 Grand Design 3250 BH Travel Trailer. Tamden Axle Dexter 5100 each LEaf Springs are 26 Double EYe with 4 Leafs. i would like to get a replacement set along with the Bolts etc. Can you tell me the parts? I would like an upgrade for them without damaging the RV. Also I have a stock equalizer. Is there a model to upgrade them?

Hey Brian,

We can get you replacement leaf springs that are 26 inches long and have the needed capacity for your rig, with the right part being the 26 inch long 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles # e94SR.

These have a 6k capacity, so they aren't for 6k trailer axles like the title suggests; they'll do perfectly for your Grand Design. As for the bolts and shackle straps, that depends on the length of your shackle straps, measured center eye to center eye. Depending on that measurement, use either the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers - 3-1/8" Long Shackle Straps # MR76ZR or 2-1/4" Long Shackle Straps # MR46ZR.

As for upgraded equalizers, there is a model, but that's going to depend on the measurement from center to center of your current equalizer's bolt holes. You need to find a close match or the suspension will get all out of whack, but once you have those measurements I have added a link below to our entire selection of equalizer upgrades.
