The LED Trailer Tail Light # STL42RMB you're looking at has a lens with a 4" diameter but the hole needed to install it needs to have about a 4-1/4" to 4-1/2" diameter. This is the case with all of the 4" diameter lights though so you might end up needing to make the hole a little larger so you can install a light.

In regards to a 2018 GMC Terrain, not all models with the tow package port will actually have the tow package wiring. In other words, the port may be present but the wires are not run from this to the fuse block therefore the port is inoperable even with the relays handy. The Curt cargo basket # C18115 will fit on crossbars that are up to 3 inches wide and 1-5/8 inches tall. Measure the size of the GM bars on your 2013 GMC Terrain to see if they fall into that category. The color of the wires inside the vehicle connector will not always match the color of the wires inside the trailer connector. There is a standard wire color to function reference chart which I have attached for you, but this is not always the same on every vehicle. You will need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 in order to determine wire function as this is the only sure-fire way to tell.
