First things first I recommend first cleaning the arms on your Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520.
To do this you will want to soak the arms with degreaser and then move the arms in and out while rinsing them off with water. Next dry the arms thoroughly then lubricate with a dry silicone spray.
You may also need Complete Repair Kit for Roadmaster Falcon 2 and BlackHawk Tow Bars # RM-910003-60 which includes the replacement components needed to freshen up your tow bar.

I reached out to my contact at Timbren and this is something that is not all that uncommon.
If the brake lines on the axle of your 2013 F53 Chassis are underneath the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement # TFRF53A you can carefully bend them out of the way so they will not be underneath the spring when it contacts the axle.
There is not a replacement clip set that will secure the lines in the new location so if the lines are pretty stiff and out of the way using no clips is fine, or you... view full answer...

It hopefully won't be too bad for you since it's only a couple of quick measurements. You're first going to need to measure the width and depth of the space beneath your doorway, as well as the distance from mounting point to the ground.

The correct suspension enhancements you will want to use are the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit part # SSA41 for the rear axle and the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs part # SSF-170-40-2 for the front axle. The SuperSprings will not interfere with the HVAC cover that you are referring to as it does not attach to the frame rail like the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-187-54-1.

I was not able to find anything relating to that part number. I was able to find the Rubber Trim for RVs, Boats, and Utility Vehicle Trim Molding # SR86ZR which is 180" so you'd have to trim this down a bit, but this could potentially work for you.
