The hitch tube of the Curt hitch part # C11405 that you referenced is totally open all the way through.
You may also be referring to the weld stop that some Class I hitches install in the tube to prevent the use of Class II accessories in them. Curt hitches do not have that.

The reflectors, # RE35RB and # RE35AB are made of Polymethyl methacrylate better known as acrylic. This is the same grade and manufacturing process as the lenses on vehicles. They aren't exactly sealed per se because they do not have to be. the reflectors you would not have to worry about but if they are attached to something that you do not want water to get to then running some sealant such as # 0160297 in the affected area is the way to go. view full answer...

However, you will need to make sure these work with your current tire size and check your owner's manual for any other restrictions. The Draw-Tite ball mount, # 2753, is black powder coated for corrosion resistance. Most of the ball mounts we carry will be powder coated unless otherwise stated (like the aluminum ball mounts). Your Trailer Vin should be able to give you the year it was manufactured. If your Vin is the 17 digit traditional format post early 1980's, then the 10th digit will give you the ending digit of the year it was manufactured. I've attached a photo to assist with the code.
When you say Paris Trailer, all I can find is Paris Custom Trailers or PJ trailers, both of which are located in Paris, Texas. They may be able to assist if you don't have the 17 digit VIN.
