The Replacement Cross Links for Pewag All Square Snow Chains, # PWE6259 has 13 links and the # PWE6253 has 11 links and a measurement of 16-1/4 inches. We unfortunately do not have an exact replacement, but I do have a solution for you. You will need to move the spring hangers further apart and replace all of your leaf springs with 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,500-lb Trailer Axles - 26" Long # e27SR. The hangers will need to be welded in place, so you may want to find a local shop if you are not handy with this.

Actually all you need to install a brake controller in your 2010 Ford E-350 Van is the correct install harness part # 3034-P. Basically this plugs into the back of your brake controller and then plugs into the port under the dash of the van.

I may have a solution for you. The Curt hitch part # 14055 would fit a 2013 Ford E-350 which is what your Class B is built on. There is a chance it could fit, but since sometimes Class B motorhomes can have the frames extended you would need to measure to be sure.
