To correct your sway issue I highly recommend starting with a Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-173 and Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-180 this solid 1 1/2" 4140 Chromoly sway bars are far superior to the current ones installed. The stiffer and thicker material will be much better suited to the forces put on it with the in bed camper.

I did some checking and yes your 2004 Ford F-250 could be flat towed behind your RV as long as you have a manual transfer case. For a base plate kit then you'd want the Demco part # DM9517109 which is a confirmed fit. Your best solution is going to be an all new custom rail kit for your 2006 Ford F-250 like the part # RP50082-58 for a couple of reasons. One reason is you can't mix bracket and rail kit manufacturers and since we don't know what brand rails you have I can't possibly guarantee you that any of the bracket kits would work well with it. Some Supercrew models have a very short bed (less than 6 feet long) and when towing a 5th wheel trailer you would need to fit the trailer with a Sidewinder pin box. This moves the pivot point of the trailer back 22 inches. To use a Sidewinder you have to have a fixed 5th wheel hitch installed because an adapter with an offset will not provide clearance for you to make sharp turns without hitting the trailer and truck cab together.

The hitch you have is designed to hold the king pin of the trailer in the proper place relative to the rear axle of the vehicle. The hitch is not designed nor should it be used with the center section turned. You also would not gain enough additional clearance.

I can offer an easier way to activate the 12 volt circuit on your 7-way that will eliminate all of the guess work of trying to track down factory wiring but if Ford can't identify the correct relay/fuse while having access to all the schematics and diagrams your truck's wiring has we wouldn't be able to either.

First thing you should do at this point is test the 4-way of the wiring harness with a circuit tester part # PTW2993 for voltage on all of the right pins when the taillight signals are being applied. Just like in the video I attached.
If the voltage checks out there but the trailer lights still don't function right, then the problem is on the trailer wiring. That would mean that problem is either due to a ground issue or a short issue.
