BandW Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs do you have a hardware kit to mount this model on older f350 2001? or is this model only for pre-tow pkg

Yes, to install the B and W Companion for Ford Rail Kits part # BWRVK3300 in your 2001 Ford F-350 you can use the Reese Elite Rail Kit part # RP30073 as this is the same rail design as what Ford uses for their current factory rail kits. I attached an install video for this rail kit on a similar 2005 Ford F-350 as well.
