Hey Samuel, so the Draw Tite hitch part # 24963 has a hitch tube depth that would be deeper than what any hitch accessory designed for it would need but what I think you are asking about is the little weld stop that's in Class I hitches like this that prevent Class II accessories from fitting and you are trying to make sure your accessory will fit.
So Class I accessories have a little notch in their shank to allow them to fit but Class II do not which is why they stop short. So if the... view full answer...
Yes, as long as you have a 2 inch hitch on your 2012 Lexus RX350 like the part # 75676 the RockyMounts Backstage Bike Rack part # RKY10002 would fit without any additional accessories or extensions. view full answer...
Hey Paul, yes the current roof rack accessories you have now that fit your Aeroblade bars will also fit the current Thule Wingbar crossbars like the part # TH78WG that is a fit for your 2022 Toyota RAV4. The bar shapes and top channels are very similar. view full answer...
Hey Stephen,
So Thule updated their crossbar systems to the Evo style, and those aren't compatible with the old parts, unfortunately. The Evo square bars use a channel underneath to attach to the feet, and the old bars didn't have that.
There isn't any type of adapter made by Thule for these either, so for your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with flush rails you would have to get a new set up. I know it's not the news you were wanting but I did at least want to give you the option, with... view full answer...
Hey Ed, so the Curt 7-way kit part # C56070 that you referenced does fit your 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 and would give you a 7-way that you could locate up near the camper. You could pretty easily modify it so that only the 12 volt accessory circuit would get moved up to the camper shell as well. view full answer...

Hi Patrick; thanks for the question and your 2007 FJ Cruiser and 1998 Land Cruiser with factory crossbars are indeed compatible with the Curt basket you asked about, which is the following part number:
- Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115-117
So it will work with those, as well as with your vehicles with the Yakima round bars. view full answer...
Hey Karen, you'll need a specific adapter but the answer is yes, you can use a 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch adapter for your bike rack on your 2017 Ford Fusion with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24897.
What you will need is one compatible with the Class I hitch, the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD; to secure it to your hitch use the Pin & Clip # F-4.
Keep in mind this will halve the capacity of the hitch, so the capacity of your bike rack and bike(s)... view full answer...
