It does seem like you would need a new motor which would be be part # LC379167 that you referenced. But I would check to make sure all of the mechanical elements of the steps are in decent shape like the gear and linkage. We don't currently offer Dometic's line of AC systems, but we can still get you back to where you want to be. If you still have the old air distribution box and controller then you can reinstall them and use the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR42PV or # FR32PV. These come with a wire harness adapter to connect to a 9-pin port on the controller. This would simply replace the rooftop condenser unit and allow you to reuse you Dometic equipment.
