Replacement Parts Needed For A Ducted Dometic AC System With A Wall Thermostat
Question:
In regard to 2006 Dynamax Isata Touring Sedan Motorhome Our Dometic 630516.331AC was replaced by a regular Dometic that used controls on the AC not using the wall 5 button thermostat and did not use our ducts , and in so doing the air distribution box and control box are different than the 630516.331. Plus the floor heater doesn’t work. What would I need to replace the AC back to the original using the ducted system and 5 button wall thermostat. Do not need the heat use in the AC.

We don't currently offer Dometic's line of AC systems, but we can still get you back to where you want to be. If you still have the old air distribution box and controller then you can reinstall them and use the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR42PV or # FR32PV. These come with a wire harness adapter to connect to a 9-pin port on the controller. This would simply replace the rooftop condenser unit and allow you to reuse you Dometic equipment.
If your you can't reuse your old Dometic equipment then you'll want to replace everything with either the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR55PV or # FR23PV.
