I recommend the 1141 LED Bulb - Single Contact Bayonet - 360 Degree - 2.4 Watt # DI85VR for your RV's interior lights. This will give you 360 degree lights with a white color that is preferable for interior lighting in most cases. The brightness of this bulb is comparable with a lumen output of 210 to an incandescent bulb and is dimmable. view full answer...
The RV Euro Style Interior Single Ceiling Light # RVIL21 would be an excellent choice for you. The bulb style that is in this unit is a 921 bulb. The correct LED replacement bulb would be the # DI68VR. This has a warm white color that would be great in the interior of your RV. view full answer...
The Gustafson RV Pancake Light, Item # 277-000340, has three settings: off, one light, both lights. Based on my research, dimming the lights is not an option. How many lights you need would depend on how much light you want in your van interior. I recommend going with 3-4 lights depending on your needs.

The Optronics LED RV Interior Light # ILL31CB could work well for you as a replacement light. I have attached the dimensions of this light for you. Another great option, and the light I recommend, is the Optronics LED RV Interior Light with Switch # RVILL33. This light will allow you to turn the light on and off by a switch... view full answer...
The Optronics light # RVILL34 is going to be brighter since it has a panel of LED lights and the # 30-76-243 would use a smaller LED setup that all wouldn't point down. view full answer...
The Optronics LD RV Interior Light part # RVILL40 does not have a replaceable bulb since it's an LED setup which will last very long. Also, if the bulb was replaceable it would still be more cost effective to replace the entire unit. view full answer...
Optronics interior light # RVILL33 is going to be the best LED match for Bargman light # 30-76-123. The Optronics version is just a smidge shorter at 6-3/8 inches compared to the 7-9/32 inches of the Bargman. I have linked a video review of the Optronics light and a link to all of the interior LED lights we carry. view full answer...
For an interior light for a trailer I like the Opti-Brite LED Interior Light # ILL08COB. This is a bright interior LED light that would work very well for you. Check out the review video I attached for more info.
This style of light doesn't come with a switch on it because it would normally get used with a wall switch, or at least one easier to access than having to reach up near the light to turn off and on.

The Bargman Double Interior Light with Switch # 30-76-223 referenced in your question is designed to operate on 12 volts. We do not currently have an RV light assembly available that is designed to be used with 110V without converting it to 12V first.
This is a nice, double interior light that can be mounted inside your trailer or RV. It features an integrated on/off toggle switch for simple operation and the wires are included. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product... view full answer...
For ceiling fixtures we have the part # DI64ZR which is an LED that fits the bayonet socket like you said you have and is a cool white which is great for interior lighting.

It uses 12 gauge wire and includes a power and ground wire coming from the assembly. The LED panel inside of the LED RV Interior Light # 328-K-1050Q9 is not replaceable. It uses a custom plate with diodes arranged in a circle like what you see in the attached picture. Interior lighting typically isn't rated in lumens since that is a measurement of visibility of the light at a certain distance and not how well it lights an area. The Recessed LED Light for RVs # 324-000099 has a pretty warm color (see picture) and puts out about a medium output compared to most interior lights.
I attached a review video for this light for you to check out as well. view full answer...
I looked up the dimensions of your Liteco 179 interior light and the closest thing we have to it would be the part # ILL06COB which will be 11 inches by 4 inches. Your current light is 19-1/2 inches by 6-1/2 inches so this would be a bit smaller but the LED lights of this kit would provide a great deal of lighting. view full answer...
The Optronics LED RV Interior Double Dome Light with Switch part # RVILL34 like most of our LED fixtures can be hooked up to a dimmer switch so long as the dimmer switch is LED compatible. The dimmer switch however is not an item we currently offer. The Bargman RV Double Dome Light with Dual Switches part # 30-76-243 is a similar fixture which has a diffused lens that makes the light appear dimmer. view full answer...

The LaSalle Bristol RV Interior Bunk Light # 344410FAN6008RT that you referenced features a male 12V plug that will connect to a female 12V barrel style plug. This will be cylindrical plug with a hole at the center that the plug on the Bunk Light fits into. Just think a cigarette style socket like what is inside a passenger vehicle but on a smaller scale.
I have attached an image from another kit we have available just to show you what this end will look like. view full answer...
