Can Bargman Double Interior Light Operate on 12V and 110V Power
Question:
I want to know if the Bargman series 76, 30-76-233 is for electric 110 as well as 12 volt battery?

The Bargman Double Interior Light with Switch # 30-76-223 referenced in your question is designed to operate on 12 volts. We do not currently have an RV light assembly available that is designed to be used with 110V without converting it to 12V first.
This is a nice, double interior light that can be mounted inside your trailer or RV. It features an integrated on/off toggle switch for simple operation and the wires are included. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
