Anti-sway bars will further combat wander caused by crosswinds and turbulence from oncoming or passing traffic by preventing the axles from racking so they stay perpendicular to the vehicle at all times by securely tying the axle to the vehicle frame.

If the center to center distance between adjacent tire mounting holes is 2-5/8 inches, you do indeed have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. Going with two of the Kenda Karrier # AM32181 ST215/75-14 load range C radials which carry an 81mph M speed rating should work great for you. It sounds like your leaf springs are not the issue and changing your springs to a higher capacity could cause a rougher ride when traveling. The bounce or sway has to do with how you set your stabilizer legs and it sounds like they are not supporting enough weight. If you still experience an annoying amount of movement after you add additional load to your stabilizer legs, then you should add additional stabilizers. At the rear of a trailer or RV the ride quality is very rough when compared to the ride quality at the rear of a passenger vehicle. Reason being the suspension isn't as sophisticated and there is a longer distance between the rear axle and the rear of the trailer which exaggerates the movement of the trailer when hitting bumps. The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.
