Since your brake wire is separate from the turn signal you will need a converter. The Curt 2 to 3 Wire Tail Light Converter # C56196 will separate the turn signal and brake signal. Wire this into your 4-way on the trailer side and connect your blue wire to the red stop wire. view full answer...
Hey Johnathan, the highest capacity landing gear jack set we have is the part # TJD2SPDSET-50100 which is rated for 50,000 lbs. We don't have any exactly at 15 tons. view full answer...
No, the # 63000 you referenced is for select Dodge trucks so you would actually want the Westin Perfect Match Series Rear Step Bumper - Chrome Plated Steel # 31013, which is the only confirmed fit we currently have for your 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500. This bumper will come with the necessary mounting hardware included. view full answer...
Hey Amelia, thanks for reaching out!

Hey Michael,
We have some hitch options available but I'll need a bit more information on your Silverado in order to find the correct fit. The available hitches are sectioned out by model (1500, 2500, 3500), bed length, and bumper type. If you can give me that information I'd be happy to pick out the correct fit for you. view full answer...
For a weight distribution hitch that will also provide excellent sway control, the best option for an approximately 550 lb total tongue weight is from Reese:
- Strait-Line Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # RP66083
The Strait-Line # RP66083 gives you the best of everything - a level trailer as well as four points of sway control that will effectively stop your trailer from swaying before it starts, as opposed to after it starts swaying like a lot of friction sway control. You will... view full answer...
Hey Joshua, so Nev-R-Lube bearings like the part # 31-71-3 will not fit on standard axle spindles like what you have on your new axles that currently use a two bearing setup. Since what you have now is an 8k axle the correct hub/drum you would need is one that uses standard bearings like the part # DX46XR. view full answer...
Allen, you are not going to need a converter to use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55515 on your 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. This harness plugs into the tow package wiring behind the rear bumper so you are not splicing in line of the tail light wiring which is why most vehicles will need a converter. view full answer...
Hey Latasha, thanks for reaching out!
Yes, it will matter. You'll want to make sure you have your 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 input into our fitguide system and that everything matches up prior to purchasing anything.
It looks like you're interesting in a gooseneck hitch so if that's the case I highly recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1012 because it's made right here in the USA, is covered by a limited lifetime warranty, and has a squared shank hitch... view full answer...
Hey Bern, so some weight distribution systems have wider tongue weight ranges than others so if you'll have a wider range of tongue weights it would be a good idea to find one that has a range that would work with what you have. For example, the Curt # C17500 has a tongue weight range of 800-1,000 lbs. I don't know exactly what your trailer would weigh when loaded so it's hard to say if that's what you would want but I should mention this is a tighter range than most so my guess would be... view full answer...

Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1674 will replace the front tow hooks on your 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500. You'll have to trim your front fascia a little and drill through the frame some but that's pretty standard on base plate kits.
Attached is an installation video and a photo of the finished install for your reference! view full answer...
I'm not sure what the square plug you have goes to but on a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado tow wiring it would have round connector like you see on the Replacement Connector # 30955. If you do not have this we do have the 7-Way Upgrade # ETBC7 which will allow you to connect to the 4-Way # HM48035 which was already installed. It includes wiring for a charge line which will also allow you to use the Curt Echo # C51180. view full answer...
Since your 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD has the factory bumper and the shorter 6-1/2' bed, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C15302. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Silverado with included hardware. It is a class V hitch with a 2" receiver, a 16,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 2,400 lbs maximum tongue weight.
Additionally, using this hitch with a weight distribution system will increase the towing capacity to 17,000 lbs. view full answer...
I do have an option for you as with the Lippert Turning Point Pin Box you cannot use a 5th wheel hitch like the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3400-5W. This is due to the single attachment point of this particular style hitch.
If you wish to keep the same clean bed style as the B&W with your short bed(5-1/2') 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 you will need the Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551008. This will allow you to use their Demco Hijacker UMS Series Gooseneck... view full answer...
Matt, the Air Lift SlamAir Air Helper Springs for Lowered Trucks # AL59202 would work with a stock 1999 Chevrolet Silverado, but since you have a 6" lift it's not going to.
Instead, I'd suggest going with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57272 with the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL # AL52460.
These springs, paired with the spacers, is going to work with your truck and provide you with up to 5,000 lbs of load leveling capacity.... view full answer...
