Hi, I'm Shane with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be taking a look at Griot's Garage Super Concentrated Car Wash. This is going to be designed for your vehicles that have a lot of contaminants that are caked into the clear coat or really hard to get off that a lot of other cleaning products aren't going to be able to get off without really scrubbing them. This isn't going to require a lot of scrubbing like those other products will.It's going to be a 16 ounce bottle. You use a half ounce per gallon of water. It's going to give you up to 32 washes, and it'll work on nay surface.

It's not going to damage your clear coat. It'll work on matte black, and it'll also work on vinyl wrapped vehicles, which we see a lot now.With this, we're going to be using the microfiber mitt. This is going to work great. It's not going to leave any streaks, or it's not going to leave any swirls in your paint. Really soft material, works great for washing your vehicle.

You can see it's very large.We're also going to be using Griot's Garage's Ultimate Wash Bucket. It's going to come with castor wheels, so it's easy to roll around when it's full of water. You don't have to pick it up and carry it. Inside we're going to have two trays that look like this. We're going to have a small one here that you can set your mitt on when you're rinsing off your vehicle.

That way you're not setting it down in the water, or you're not dropping it on the ground.We're also going to have a large one down here on the bottom, I'm going to show you. It actually sits up off the bottom of the bucket. If you're using a regular five gallon bucket what happens is, as you go in there to rinse or to re-dip your mitt in there, all the stuff that's on the mitt, where does it go It sits at the bottom of that bucket. As you run your mitt down in there, you're potentially putting a lot of that stuff back onto your mitt and then back onto your car or vehicle and maybe scratching your paint. With this, it sits up a little bit, so once you rinse your mitt off, all that dirt and everything that's in that mitt will fall down into the bottom of the bucket.

So, great product here.It's also going to come with a lid. So, when you're done cleaning your vehicle, all your vehicle cleaning products you can put inside of here. You can store it, throw it up on a shelf in the corner of your garage for use next time.We're also going to be using Griot's Garage Microfiber Drying Towel. These things are great for . you can pretty much wipe down your whole car and not have to wring it out. It's going to hold that much water.A couple thing I want to mention about the bucket here. Our bottom screen, you want to make sure that when you insert this, you make sure that cone is facing down. You'll notice a line here, this line is a measuring line for your soap. It'll hold two ounces, so two ounces up to this line. So, you just want to make sure however much soap you're putting in here, you add the proper amount of water. This bucket will hold up to six gallons.Then with our handle, you'll notice the ridges. This makes it easy to fit your fingers on when you're wanting to carry and put it away. Carry your bucket and put it away. As far as what it's made out of, our handle and our bucket are going to be constructed of a very, very durable thick plastic material.So, what we're going to do is I'm going to only do two gallons of water, so I'm going to put just about an ounce down here on the bottom. You can see how much suds we're getting already. Try and get as much foam in there as I can.You want to make sure when using any type of car wash, you're using it when the vehicle is cooled down. So, if at all possible, try to get in some shade. If you have to do it in the sun, you're going to have to do small spots at a time because what happens is when you put any cleaning product on with the sun beating down on it, the metal gets hot and it dries real quick and that's when you get your streaking and your watermarks.So, we're in the shade. I'm going to go ahead and take my hose, I'm going to rinse my front part of my vehicle here off to get any loose contaminants or loose dirt off the vehicle first. Take our cleaning mitt, nice and wet, suds on there.You always want to start up high and move down. So, you can see how good our soap is working. There we're a lot of bugs stick on here. I really don't have to do a lot of scrubbing, this works really well. The mitt works really well with the product to help get it clean.Then we want to rinse it. We're going to take our microfiber drying towel and we're going to dry it off. You can see how good this thing is drying. I'm not even pushing on it, I'm just running it over the top. This is going to really help keep any of the water spots and stuff like that, that a lot of other soaps leave or a lot of hard water stains. I'll be honest, it doesn't even feel like this towel's wet.As you can see with just that little bit of washing, using that soap, how much different our grill looks from the other side, before and after. Our chrome bumper down here on the bottom, before and after. That's without even getting into polishing our chrome. How much stuff that soap actually took off and that microfiber rag. You can see on the hood here how much of a shine it has now. Where if you look at the other side, you can still see the dirt and stuff on it. So, this is really going to help maintain a nice, clean look on your vehicle after you use it. It's going to work great for your RV's, also, as well as your cars and trucks and SUV's.Now, couple things I want to mention about this. This mitt works great. You can see when we clean this vehicle, but with the whole thing being microfiber covered, what you want to watch is down on the bottom edge of your vehicle, where you're tires pick up stuff and it cakes on to that section of the vehicle. What you don't want to do is you don't want to use this type of mitt to wash that and then wash the rest of your vehicle because a lot of that stuff that comes off that part of the vehicle will get stuck in here and you have the potential of scratching your vehicle.So, that being said, there are other mitts available that Griot's offers. This mitt here, it is going to give you your microfiber side for washing your vehicle, but it's also going to give you that scrubbing side, which works great for that bottom edge and it's not going to allow that stuff, once you wash it, to transfer it over to this. So, this type of mitt here, scrubber side, microfiber side, great mitt.This type of mitt, this is four finger mitt. This is more of a scrubbing type. This is going to work great. Although you can use it on your RV's, this is going to work great for your smaller vehicles. You can see it's kind of small, may take a while to wash a whole RV with this. It's not going to hold as much water. This comes in a two pack as well as your larger mitts. Now, these larger mitts, are going to work great for an RV. They hold a lot of water, so they're going to cover a lot of surface area.Once you're done washing a section of your vehicle you're going to repeat that same thing for the remainder of the vehicle.
