Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System
I don't usually write reviews but in this case I have to. I have been using these springs for about a year now and they work exactly as advertised. I carry a truck camper on my truck from March until November. Once I loaded my camper the truck sagged very noticeably. I tried the Roadmaster Active Suspension (don't waste your money) before I discovered the Timbren springs. The Timben springs installed easily, eliminated the sag and gave the truck a much more stable ride because it eliminated the side to side rocking in the back. If you are thinking about getting these, you will not be disappointed.
I read the recommendation to another buyer and decided to try this product on my 2012 Ford F250 Superduty. I needed help for my 25' goose neck trailer. EASY to install. Worked perfectly with 15K of hay + 6K of trailer weight. The rear of the truck barely set down on the factory overload springs. Empty ride does not seem to be affected as the Timbren pads do not contact the overload stops. Thanks for a perfect solution without great cost and installation hassle!

Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle
Excellent service. Etrailer rocks. Fast delivery. The product is not installed yet.
Overall very pleased with these air bags. I did add an on board air compressor to allow easy adjustment as I pull anything from a 16,000# fifth wheel, to a 10,000 car trailer to a boat trailer. The ability to adjust with the on board compressor just added convenience to an often used set of air bags.

Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle
I have not had a chance to install yet. Ordered and received my airbags the same week. I will update after I get them installed
Works great when pulling my 5th wheel RV. Truck now runs level and rides smooth

Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Severe Service - Rear Axle
Was able to install these with a 15mm flex head ratchet wrench and lifted the rear of the truck to make it easier. 30 minutes to take off 4 nuts and put em back on. 2 minutes assembling the timbrens with the added spacer. I have a f350 with a salter and plow. Loaded with salt the lights shoot up and in the snow ?? it’s like hitting hyper drive and you’re blinded. These helped big time. Very happy so far.
Works good, as long as you are on smooth roads. Once you hit potholes or cracked/segmented concrete interstates (fully loaded or empty), you will wish you had gotten air bags and a sway bar instead. Installed exactly as directed 1" clearance on axel. Empty: it smacks the axel on potholes or expansion cracks. Loaded: it has just no suspention travel, like riding on bump stops.

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle
The product was as advertised. Instructions were provided and fairly straightforward. Be sure to jack the frame up high enough to access the area where the airbags go. Be careful when inserting the clips into the frame. I had one that slipped and shot into the inside of the frame and thankfully I had a long handled magnet and retrieved it. One recommendation I have is for the manufacturer to preassemble as much of the product as possible which would minimize the chance of parts being assembled incorrectly. I mounted the valve stems on the bumper on each side of the license plate.
Tow 11,000 lb. FW witha Ford F250. Love the feel of the Air Lift airbags, and the insurance of the internal jounce bumpers if needed. Over 5,000 miles logged, and still going strong.

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle
These bags are amazing. Make the rear end ride pretty rough so I put deaver add a packs from carli and did the day star buckets for the bags. Now they are connected when I need them, and disconnected when I dont. Pretty awesome set up. I've put 5200 pounds of rock in the bed of my truck, the rock yard thought I was crazy but then I aired up the bags. You should of seen their faces. Rode level, sat at about 85 psi and rode like a caddy.
Feels like a new truck!

Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle
I install this for a customer that I have on the recommendation of etrailer as being the one that was necessary for this vehicle. On receiving the product was having problems as the truck was not set up the way that the illustration showed the truck was bought new by the original owner and had 50,000 miles and have never been modified spoke to fire stone about that at the recommendation of a trailer other parts were necessary, it turned out to be quite a mess. Mini phone calls hours of trying to make something work. The system failed at about 500 miles customer was very upset. I spoke to eat trailer no help at all referred me to fire stone no help at all. It was just to say the way things go sometimes and they were very sorry. I ended up having to give the customer his money back very expensive for me all the way around very poor recommendation on what I should’ve bought for this vehicle very poor product service by a trailer and fire stone both so end result after turning the truck back to stock, I haul the airbag system that I purchased to the dump
Worked great. Easy to install. I use them on my F-250 while pulling a 12000 pound fifth wheel travel trailer and had no issues.

SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle
While these worked great for the first few months and helped level the load, they have now become deformed and squished out of shape permanently. We have a slide in camper that is on the truck for only for trips otherwise the truck is unloaded and off the bumps. I did not expect them to deform so much, and so easily after only a year of use.
Definitely beefs up the suspension. Helps is the load is well balanced and not so much on the truck. Overall happy with the product etrailer service.

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle
Air Lift air springs are good and dependable, use them for the last 25 years on three pick-ups always worked great. My complaint would be against the lousy packaging which came with two or three holes and all messed up, luckily all that was missing was one washer.
I installed these air lift bags in a day. It was a lot longer than I thought, but it was in the middle of winter in an unheated shop and only basic hand tools. No hoist, so there were a lot of up and down trips with a creeper. Very good installation manual which made the process easy. Very happy with the purchase.

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle
Product works as it was supposed to, chose my own fasteners as the self tappers broke heads off, so I drilled and tapped into the frame and used stainless fasteners, compression was good and I like the mobile app on my iPhone
I just bought a new 2019 Ford F250 to pull my new fifth wheel. The pin weight of the fifth wheel caused the bed of my truck to drop a few inches so I bought the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Helper Springs and the Air Lift One wireless on board compressor to raise the bed back up to level. I installed all of it myself after watching the etrailer installation videos. I think somewhere they mention it being a 2-3 hour job. Well...if you do it every day, then it probably is. It took me the better part of a day to get it done. The first thing i did was remove the spare tire for easier access. I also tried to install the airbags without lifting the truck. Actually, I did install one side without lifting and it wasn't that hard. However, there is a nut on the bottom bracket that is between the airbag and the leaf spring that is impossible to tighten without lifting the truck body. Even after lifting the body, it was still very difficult to access/tighten. Instead of drilling a hole for the schrader valve, I used a couple of oversized washers and installed it in a hole on the hitch frame that was already there. The Air Lift One, I installed on the frame, on the drivers side of the vehicle and just forward of the gas tank. This is really about the only place on the frame without wiring of some sort. I got the EZ mount but didn't use the large U-bolt as I didn't find any place it would work. Instead, i just drilled a couple of starter holes in the frame and used the provided self-tapping screws. I also wired the hot and always-on wires together and directly to an upfitter wire under the hood. I had no trouble getting the wireless remote to communicate with the compressor and it works great. Now, with my fifth wheel attached to the truck, I can add air and level the truck back to factory heights. Overall, the install wasn't that hard and would have been super easy with a truck lift. The people at etrailer were great when made my order and will definitely give them a call again.

TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade for Upper Overload Springs
I don't really do reviews very often, but these things work extremely well, especially when you consider that they only take a few minutes to install and they are only blocks of rubber that are held in place by one bolt! I sprayed my factory stops down with WD-40 and pulled them out with some long needle-nose pliers wedged on both sides of the stop, between the frame and the rubber. I then glanced at the directions, figured out the stack-up I needed and installed them in less than 10 minutes! I'm not kidding! The best part is they work! They close the gap between the frame stops and the upper helper spring, engaging the spring right off the bat. I have an F350 dually with a Grey Wolf 840 that weighs 2400 ish pounds, and I haul a car trailer with a total weight of 6000 pounds behind that! These worked so well, I was amazed! These are the only suspension enhancement of this truck, too! You might need something more if you are hauling a very large camper or 5th wheel, but for me, this is all I am going to use!
Just installed the upper stableLoads on my 2021 F350 dually. It was an easy job. I used long needle nose pliers to wedge underneath the factory bump sticks. Then just leveraged them out. The ride of the truck is a little rougher with no payload. Planning on loading my northern lite 10.2 truck camper on in a few weeks. I believe this will improve the ride.

Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle
I have a 2020 Ford F-250 Lariat FX diesel and I pull a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT fifth wheel with a GVWR of 10,995 lbs. I noticed when I was hooked up to my trailer and raised my landing gear the back of my truck would squat causing my headlights to shine somewhat into the sky and sometimes while traveling the interstate in construction zones the ride was rough. So I decided to add airbags. I chose the Air Lift Load Lifter 7500 XL Air helper springs(#AL55FJ). I had them installed by a local garage and he did a great job installing them. I love the end result a much smoother ride and the braking seems smoother also I can easily level off my truck with the 7500 XL Air lift system allowing my headlights to shine straight out now. I give these guys five stars. In addition to adding the Air Lift 7500 XL system I also had the Air Lift Wireless Air compressor System(#AL58WQ) installed and it is Bluetooth, compatible on my iPhone which is amazing. I can control the lift on my bags individually or paired together with the touch of my phone. No stopping and getting out in the rain or looking for an air hose. I can sit in my cab or get out and increase or decrease the amount of air in my Air Lift system. I can also do it manually if I so choose. In the photo you can see where I mounted the two air fitting on my crossmember right below the compressor on the frame. There were already two holes there so and can be accessed easily. I am very satisfied with my compressor system and I give this a thumbs up in addition to the five stars.
Great product, after a year's use practically every day the product performs as it should. Coupled with the on-board remote-controlled air compressor pulling multiple different trailers is easier than ever.

SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit
i have these on a couple of trucks and they work great.more reliable than air bags
Correct product shipped promptly. Shipping carton was completely open and nearly ripped in half, but all components survived and made it to me. Installation time was about 2.5 hours. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but overall it wasn't too bad. A couple of things for F250 owners (mine is a 2011): 1. You will have to remove a brake line bracket on the driver's side to install the rubber spacer. I re-installed the bracket onto one side of the U-bolt that is installed on the spring. 2. There is no way to insert the roller bolt on the front of the driver's side spring - not enough clearance. I had to completely remove the swing arms, pre-install the roller bolt, and the piece it back together once in place. Wasn't hard, just took some extra thinking. 3. The thing I was most worried about was compressing the spring in order to insert the rollers. Obviously the front goes on no problem. For the back, I chose to use a small bottle jack. I placed it on top of the SuperSpring and extended the jack so it pushed up on the bottom of the bed of the truck. This easily and quickly compressed the spring. Unloaded ride height was unchanged. I'm hoping to test it pulling our travel trailer in the next couple of days and will update on how it works under load.

SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit
Installing these on a 2020 F250 was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to get the springs on whit the center piece and the front shackle bolted without jacking up the truck. I had to jack the frame up a few inches on each side to get the back shackle bolt through. I put the shackle bolts through the bottom holes since I only need the extra support when I tow. I recommend air / power tools for the shackle nuts and it doesn’t hurt using them for the center bracket u bolts. They are lock nuts and they have a long way to run on for each bolt. I did have to bend my parking brake cable hangar out a bit for one of the shackle bolts to clear the cable. The truck seems to sit a little higher in the back. Maybe an inch or so. The ride empty seemed the same except it felt like it didn’t roll quite as much when turning. Rolling over a lip at the end of our driveway the extra stiffness was noticeable, however. I won’t know how well they really work until I get my fifth wheel hooked up.
No issues with install on a 2023, E350 Class C motorhome. After chalking the front wheels, I used two 3 ton floor jacks with 13” 6x6 blocks just behind the springs to lift the frame and rear tires off the ground to remove the wheels. For safety, 3 ton jack stands were put under the axles during spring installation After installing the springs per manufacturer instructions, two 1/2” x 10” pieces of all thread with drilled flat bar were used to compress the front end spring. With the least amount of preload it raised the back a good inch. The 800# trailer tongue weight will be the next test to see if more preload is needed for a level ride height.

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle
The air bags fit nicely and work as expected. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the directions… written and the video. You definitely need to have some logic and mechanical skills but it all works. Trying this without a lift (rack) is not a good idea. Madison, my customer service rep was exceptional and got the product to me early. I would definitely use this company again.
The airbags work great and they were relatively easy to install. Very happy with them so far!

Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle
Shipping was fast. Install was easy (once I removed the spare tire). Just follow the guide step by step. I haul 8000-10000 pounds in a 14 foot dump quite often. My truck would squat 6-7 inches. NOT ANYMORE. With about 65 psi I have a level ride. Much better handling. Great product. I should have bought years ago.
Great product! Works as it should, Instructions could have been a bit more detailed.

RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit - Heavy Duty
Really like this product. Was super easy to install and instructions were easy to read. Amy was very helpful in recommending the correct part and even took the order for me. Its winter here in the Rockies so I haven't had a chance to test out the load of my 5th wheel, but the ride still feels smooth. I have ordered from etrailer before and always have a good experience. Choose them with peace of mind.
So far I like the product it comes with good instructions and easy to install . Also the ride of the truck is better than the airbags I had a lot smoother and not so bouncy .

TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnects - Lower Overload Springs - Universal
Having been in the auto/truck repair business for over 50 years, I thought this would be a good Idea so I tried it. I could have made my own but it would be a lot of cutting and drilling because it is so many pieces. I used it to add capacity so I could haul my camper that I purchased three states away and had to pick up. I used 2 of the 3 plates because there wasn’t enough room for three. It did very well like that but after I got back I added the 3rd plate figuring I could use the third one by just jacking the truck slightly before engaging. I thought all three woul be needed once the camper was full of water and gear. I am enclosing a picture of how ti drill the springs with using the vehicles own drill press (screw jack) for changing tires. I still need to test fully loaded and with all three plates in place.
This is the best towing improvement item I have ever purchased. We purchased a new 2018 Ford F-250 super-crew with the 6.2 gas and had our load leveling, anti-sway hitch professionally installed to tow our 2016 28' travel trailer. We towed the trailer for 1550 miles on numerous trips and it was very uncomfortable. At first I thought it was trailer sway, but soon realized it was the truck trying to point left or right or bouncing up and down every time we hit a dip or bump in the road, no matter how slight. It was truly white knuckle driving. I searched for the problem and solutions and decided to try the TorkLift StableLoad system. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We could tell within a few blocks from home the truck felt much more stable and on the highway it was like a different truck and trailer. We just towed the trailer 856 miles and it was an incredibly easy and relaxing drive. I love that I can engage or disengage the devices so we don't have a stiff ride when not towing. If I ever install one again I will have someone else drill the spring leafs or at least rent the tool from the manufacturer. I ruined the 2 drills they sent almost immediately by not using enough pressure and using too much drill speed. Once I realized what I was doing wrong I was able to drill the holes using a floor jack to apply pressure as others have described and drilling at the slowest speed possible. Once the holes were drilled it was very easy to assemble and install the StableLoads.

Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Severe Service - Rear Axle
Easy to install and great support from the manufacturer. These raised my rear by 2 inches, eliminated the sway at high speeds, and all but eliminated squeeky spring noise on my 2005 F-350 fully loaded with a truck camper.
A year ago, I added Timbrens to my '09 F350 to help carry a '09 Lance 915 camper. Since my truck is a CC LB diesel model, the truck payload and loaded weight of my camper are similar. I found the Timbrens a cost effective way to limit the suspension sag and improve truck/camper sway. When unloaded, I rarely notice the Timbrens as they are ~1.5" away from the spring pack stop and only engage on large bumps. I also like the maintenance free aspect of Timbrens. To further enhance the loaded ride, I am replacing the thin factory contact pads on my overload springs with larger ones. I found that adding the Timbrens limited suspension travel such that it prevented adequate overload spring engagement with the factory pads. The replacement overload pads from Torklift and Supersprings are 3" (too much IMO as they contact the overload spring nearly all the time making for a rough ride). I am cutting down a set of Superstops to ~1.5 - 2" for the right amount of overload spring contact and Timbren engagement but still maintaining unloaded ride quality.

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle
I was able to install myself and after spending four months with our Lance 960 on board they are great. They are a great compliment to our 2022 ford F-350.
This order was for a 2023 F350 which you did not list. It is the same frame as 2022 after investigating fitment. Everything worked great except frame is to wide to clamp air compressor around.
What our customers are saying:
"Your internet site is very well organized and easy to use...My order was shipped very promptly and included everything I ordered...All in all this was a simple procedure for what can be a complicated order. I would use your company again or recommend you to others. Your selection was broad and your prices fair."
