Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at these 1004 and 1076 LED bulbs, with the double contact bayonet base, 360 degree beam angle, nice cool white color, and a quantity of six bulbs. Now, these are LED tower bulbs. They'll upgrade or replace the 1004 and 1076 light bulbs to provide nice, cool white lighting. These are great for side, hanging, or overhead applications, and they already multi-directional design. You can see it emits the light 360 degrees around the bulb.This is a 12 volt bulb, so it has many applications in your RV, trailer, boat, or your vehicle.

It does use LEDs, which make great replacements for incandescent bulbs because they're rated for up to 50,000 hours, they are about 75% more efficient, they'll provide brighter light with less power output, and of course no bulbs to replace, no brittle filaments to break. These are compatible with dimmable fixtures for a nice simple adjustment of your light brightness. They offer built in surge protection to safeguard your internal electronics.And I mentioned the base on them, it is a double contact bayonet base, which installs into a compatible 15 millimeter socket with a push twist motion. All you do is put this in, twist it to lock it into place. It is like non-polarized design for nice easy installation, no wiring changes.

Basically what that means is when you go to install this, you push it in this way, twist it, it'll light up. If you have it turned around the other way, push it in, twist it, it'll light up. So either way you install it, it'll light up in any way.It is for a quantity of six bulbs. The light output is 210 lumens. The bulb type again is 1004 or 1076.

The base type we mentioned is a BA15D double contact bayonet base. The light type is a nice, cool white. Color temperature is 5,500 Calvin. There's 18 LEDs per bulb. Wattage is 2.4 Watts.

This does replace up to a 20 watt halogen bulb. And the power draw at 12 volts is 0.20 amps.Now, what I am going to do is hook one of these bulbs up to some 12 volt power just to show you how bright they are. And I mentioned they're non-polarized, so what I'm going to do is normally when you install these bulbs, you'll put it in this way so they'll stick up this way, because they have the double contacts on the bottom I'm just going to turn it upside down, makes it easier for me to supply the power to the bulb. But again, as I mentioned, they're non-polarized so the ground and the power wire, you can switch either way and they'll still light up. We'll go ahead and turn on our power.First I'm going to do it with the lights on. So there you can see with it touching the contacts, it gives you a nice bright, cool white light. And then I'm going to do it with the lights off, show you how bright it is in the dark. And there you go, same way, 360 degrees around the bulb gives off the light, nice, cool white color. We'll go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. But that should do it for the review on the 1004 1076 LED bulbs with the double contact bayonet base, 360 degree beam angle, and a nice, cool white color.
