I think your hitches are wonderful and super easy to install. Your on line instructions/video are spot on. Took me 1 hour to install with 1 other person, taking our time. I love the fish wire you provided for the bolts, they made the job quick and easy. I will highly recommend your hitches to others!

Was very impressed with the hitch and the service when ordering. The documentation was also very helpful. From a previous review I found it very helpful to have a second pair of hands. The only other thing I would suggestion I would have is to be clear that this can be installed without removing the rear middle portion of the bumper by working the bumper (with two people) up behind the tail pipes and then into place. Very happy with it.

I would take it back to U-Haul and make them fix it if it is making contact. It is a simple installation but perhaps they lowered your exhaust and didn't get everything back in place so it is sitting down on the hitch or just low enough to make contact on those bumpy roads.
