Perfect for light-duty towing, this custom, vehicle trailer hitch receiver features fully welded, gloss powder coated steel construction. Drawbar sold separately.Finally got this installed. The quality is great, however it doesn't fit quite right. I had to use my angle grinder to cut away some of the bumper and body work just to get the holes to line up. This was my 3rd tow hitch from etrailer, the other 2 (different vehicles) fit perfect.
Took a while to get as the product was out of stock.. not a big deal. The unit came in a box that was torn and the mount brackets were sticking out.. Lucky they tape all the screws to the hitch so it stays together.. it's hard to something this odd size, and with some weight shipping with UPS, FED Ex to make it one piece. I have ordered, this is now my 6th trailer hitch, and the fit and finish and cost are always right on point.

This hitch was one of the easiest hitches that I have ever install, all of the bolt holes lined up, it slid up in place like it was suppose to, it took me about an half an hour to install it. I would highly recommend this product to everyone looking for a good quality hitch that easy to install.
The product (a trailer hitch for a Ford Transit) arrived in a timely manner and was as described. It was an easy process and I would recommend etrailer.com to family!
The hitch arrived as scheduled and was in excellent condition although its shipping box wasn't in good shape. It was a one-person job to install it as everything fit precisely and the instructions included were excellent. Would I buy from this company again? Yes!

Whoah, I am wondering if the side brackets of the hitch were bent or flexed out of alignment. It can happen when the hitch is shipped to us or you. It may not be noticeable until the installation. Rather than using an angle grinder we have a FAQ that can help move the side brackets back into position.
