Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at these MAXTRAX mini recovery boards and Jack Pad. Now, these olive drab recovery boards with this one doubling as a jack pad are going to be a perfect addition to your over landing recovery kit. The boards are going to give you traction when your tires are bogged down in the snow, slush, sand, or mud. The rows of traction teeth are going to give you a surface that your tires can grab into or grip onto, and the compact size is gonna be perfect to use for your UTVs or smaller vehicles with space constraints. Now I'm gonna flip both of these upside down just to show you the difference.
Both of these, of course, can be used as recovery boards, but this one here with the flat underneath, this is going to double as a jack pad, and this is going to help distribute the weight of your jack and stop it from sinking in uneven or soft terrain. Now while I have these flipped over, let me go ahead and just give you the measurements. The measurements are gonna be same for either boards, even though this one is going to be our jack pad. But looking at the length here, as I hope you can see, we are sitting right at 25 inches long. And then looking at the width, we're sitting right at 12 and seven eighths inches wide.
And then let me go ahead and give you a front view, and I'm gonna move this one out of the way. Get my ruler here, just give you the overall height. We're sitting right at about two and five eighths inches tall. So again, both of these can be used as recovery boards, but this one here with the flatter level bottom to it is going to be our jack pad. So you can see the difference there.
This will not be used as a jack pad, but this one is designed to be used as a jack pad, just so you can see that difference. Now these are constructed of fiber reinforced nylon, so they're very strong, very durable, but yet they're also lightweight. So they're going to be light enough to easily haul in and out of your vehicle. Each of these boards weigh about four pounds or so, just to kind of give you an idea of how light they are. But yet they're gonna be very heavy duty for you.
They're gonna be heavy duty enough and durable enough to bear the full weight of your vehicle without braking. The built-in handles and the included leashes and you're gonna get two of these leashes, I just have them bundled up here. The handles and the leashes are going to let you easily pull the boards out of the sludge after use. So you're not gonna have to worry about these getting buried and being unable to find them. Instructions are included, just so you can be confident that you're using these the way that they've been designed and they do have a lifetime warranty. Well, that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
