Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this 20 foot long Durabilt tow and recovery J-hook chain with the clevis grab hook and has a 7,100 pound working load limit. Now, this chain will let you recover stuck vehicles or it can even be used for towing applications. The chain itself is a grade 80 tempered steel chain, which is very durable. And the chain has a e-coat finish on it to help resist corrosion.
Want to zoom in and show you on this one end, you can see it has the large 15 inch long J-hook on this end. And on the other end is the 3/8 inch size grab hook. And both of those hooks give you quick attachment to your anchor points. Also, if you notice on the hooks, they do have a nice red paint finish on them. Few specs on this, the safe working load limit, again, is 7,100 pounds.
The J-hook length is 15 inches. The clevis hook is a 3/8 inch size. The total length of the chain itself is 20 feet. And the link thickness on this chain is 3/8 of an inch. Total weight on this whole chain with the hooks is about 34 1/2 pounds.
But that should do it for the review on this 20 foot long Durabilt tow and recovery J-hook chain with the clevis grab hook and a 7,100 pound working load limit..
