Today we're going to be taking a look at part number KS61052F. This is the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror for the driver side of your vehicle. This mirror is going to fit your 1998 to 2002 Ford Expedition, '98 to 2002 Lincoln Navigator, 2001 to 2003 Ford F-15 Crew Cab, and 2004 Ford F-150 Crew Cab Heritage Series. The side view mirror is a direct replacement for the driver side factory mirror on the vehicle. It is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It is going to feature the power mode capabilities so that way you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls from inside the vehicle. We're going to have OE grade flat glass with first surface plating so it's going to reflect clear images.
The front of the glass is plated with the reflective chrome and the flat lens is going to reflect true representation of the object size that's appearing in the mirror. This does feature a breakaway design so it can breakaway either away from the vehicle towards the front of the vehicle, or towards the door. That's a great feature to have. That's going to help prevent permanent breakage or permanent damage to the mirror. We're going to have a nice durable plastic housing with a black finish.
This mirror housing can be painted to match your vehicle. It's going to feature an easy no-drill installation. Here at the mounting points, it's going to use the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror, and then the mirror's going to plug into the existing electrical wiring. The OE number, that's the original equipment number, is F85Z17683GAB. With this part number you're going to get one mirror for the driver side. A specific note that we need to mention, is that the power remote capability of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has that function.
