Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this roof repair tape. This is a nice four inch wide 25 feet long roll of repair tape. This is going to seal joints, seems and damage on your RV's roof. But beyond that, it can do a lot of other things.

It's pretty diverse in its application. You can use it to seal just about any kind of roof membrane on your RV, as well as skylights, windows, awnings, even tarps or pond liners. It will even stick to brick and concrete. So there's very little, this adhesive tape won't do for you. It is going to help, obviously for your roofs.

If you have a small nick or a hole in your roof, you can make this, put this over top of it. It's going to make it water tight again. So you don't have to worry about water, getting down and causing damage to your RV.The steel block adhesive instantly stops leaks and helps to permanently repair your RV roof. And that's a point I really want to stress is that once you put this down, it is going to be a permanent application. You're not going to have to worry about going back and replacing it year after year.

Once you have this in place, it is going to hold for the life of your product. Most likely because this won't crack or harden or shrink. So it's going to do a good job and last you a nice long time. It's very simple to get installed. Basically, just peel back the portion that you need.

Cut it, and then pull back on the backing paper here, and then stick that down over top your hole that you're wanting to repair, and that will allow it to adhere, stick down, waterproof that surface for you.Now it is preferred to be applied to a dry surface, but even if you're out in a rainstorm, you have a leak. You can use this, even if the surface is rather wet, you'll just want to make sure to kind of push out the water from underneath there so that the adhesive can really grab onto your roof material. You can see this is a nice black color, so should blend in nicely if you have a black roof or whatever application you're using this for, and that black color should be easy to match anything else that you have. It is recommended that you apply this in degrees or temperatures of 25 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer. It will work within a temperature range of negative 70 degrees Fahrenheit up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. So it's going to do a good job for you in a wide range of temperatures.Keep in mind, if you are going to be applying this to your boat, it could work for a lot of different applications, as long as they are going to be above the water line. It is not designed to be submerged permanently. Probably wouldn't be good on the bottom of your boat, but if you have something that's going to stay dry most of the time, this would do a great job for that as well. It is made here in the USA. So you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the U S. Overall, I think this is going to be a really great option for you. Something easy to have on hand that you can fix any leaks that you may happen to get, or kind of a all purpose kind of tape here for you.
