Today, we're going to take a look at the Rear View Safety headrest mounting hook for phones and tablets. This is going to be a make magnetic knot, and it comes in a quantity of two.Basically, this is just going to mount onto the back of your headrest. You just pull off the headrest, put the post through the mount there. It does have a rubber grommet already installed to make sure that it holds nicely, and it also doesn't mar your headrest. It comes with several extra grommets as well, so if you happen to misplace one, or it gets gummed up you can always pop a new one in. Once you have that post there you just reattach your headrest, and then the mount will be in place.It is going to be magnetic, it comes with these two small plates, and has a rounded divot on the one side that's going to mount right onto our post, and that can be adjusted in pretty much any direction since it is that sphere at the top, so that allows for a lot of different options as far as mounting a tablet or a phone to it.The plate there is going to be magnetic as well, so your phone might already attach to it magnetically if it has enough metal in there to it, if not you can always place one of the small tabs on the back of your phone.

Just has a little T sieve on the back there, take your phone, clean it off really well with some alcohol, and then place that little plate on the back, and that'll help it to stick to the magnetic plate. There's going to be two for each post. We'll have one that's going to be a rounded rectangle, and another one that a circle with a compass design etched into it. It's nice, a little bit more flare on that one. For me, I'd probably pick the circle one because it's cool looking.The other thing that's really cool about this that I really like is the fact that you can use this as a bag holder as well.

A lot of times, I know in my own experience, whenever you have a purse in your car there's no good place to put it, but you can use this as a hook to hang your purse, or your bag from. It can hold up to 40 pounds, so it's a pretty hefty bag that you could hang from the on the back of your headrest knot, so that's a pretty cool thing. Not a lot of good places to store your purse, with this you can flip it over the back of your seat keep it out of the way, keep it out of your passenger's way.It's pretty easy to use, just installs in minutes, just depends on how easy it is to get that headrest out of your seat and back in place. Again, it does come with two hooks, so you can have one on the passenger side, one on the driver side, or maybe two on the passenger side, however you want to work that to make it work for you.As far as the dimensions on this, the hook itself is going to stick out from the center about 4 inches to the furthest part there, and it's going to stick up about 5 1/4 of an inch. This thickness is going to be about an inch, and it does have this rubber foam padding there so you don't have to worry about it being sharp or anything.

It's going to have good protection there to keep any of your leather, or anything like that from getting ripped, or torn, or bent, or anything.That's going to do it for our look at the Rear View Safety headrest mounting hook for phones and tablets.
